Enlisting the help of watches-swiss.com to locate a hard to find watch for me was a smart decision and pleasant experience. Why? Marc found the exact watch I wanted that isn't typically available again for another 12 months. Marc also promptly responded to all messages I sent him, provided me with updates when asked as well as provided latest tracking information. The price was fair and I got exactly what I wanted! I initially reached out to Marc about a watch that was sold out. Even though his hunch was that it would be impossible to find, he went the extra mile a checked with multiple suppliers. Unfortunately we were unable to find the specific model, but his amazing customer service and exceptionally quick response time lead me to reach back out to him a couple of weeks later to purchase a different model. Throughout the purchase he was incredibly helpful and kept me updated on every step of the way. There are a few unique points when buying through Marc that you probably wouldn't get with buying directly from a supplier or AD, such as not being provided the postage tracking number, but everything is explained clearly and has a logical explanation. Ultimately the watch arrived right when he said it would and came just as it would if I had bought it directly from the manufacturer - full warranty and packaging. I can't recommend Marc enough, he will definitely be my first point of call when buying my next watch!

Within the past 3 months I have ordered 2 Longines watches from Watches-Swiss.com. The owner, Marc, communicated directly with me both times and answered all my questions. In both cases, I received the watch brand new in pristine condition with the official box and papers. I received a discount of about 27% off the MSRP for both watches. These were newly released popular watches and no Longines Authorized Dealer would sell them below the MSRP. The watches were also not available on any of the "gray market" watch sites like Joma shop. I could not find any where else that came close to matching the price I got for both these watches. After you place an order, you typically have to wait a few weeks for Marc to source the watch and have it sent to you. In both cases, I got my watches delivered 3 or 4 weeks after I ordered them. Marc communicated with me promptly every step of the process. I ended up saving several hundred dollars by ordering the watches through him. Marc, keep up the good work.

I just received my Longines Spirit watch which I ordered through the Watches-Swiss website. As promised the watch was sourced from an authorized Longines dealer and came with the factory warranty card filled out by the dealer. The price was great and the watch is beautiful. Marc worked hard to get the watch for me and I would not hesitate to buy another watch from Marc & Watches-Swiss.

My impression of Marc R and Mark Time Corporation/Watches-Swiss.com is 100% positive. He appears to the kind of guy that will bend over backwards to satisfy his customers. Ask him for a particular model and he will likely try to move mountains to find one. Sometimes that requires tremendous, painstaking effort from him and excruciating patience for the customer, but you can be confident that Mark will fulfill his end of the bargain (if at all possible) and complete the transaction ASAP.

His powers are limited. He doesn’t build watches; he builds relationships. That means first with suppliers to ensure access to products, and then second with his customers to satisfy their wants and needs.

Some of his prices are unbeatable, others are not; but I’ll betcha in many cases, if not most, he will negotiate a mutually agreeable price when the customer is reasonable, willing, and able to be flexible, and has done their due diligence, before pulling the trigger on a purchase.

One’s outlook when critiquing a merchant or product (or any human exchange) is largely dependent on the quality of their character, their work ethic, and the depth of their understanding of commerce: regardless of the product or service rendered. Some folks are reasonable, others ain’t. I believe that Mark is an honest, honorable, and conscientious businessman. The following is a message that I sent him after a recent purchase.

Was in the market for a new Shinola watch and like most, didn't want to pay retail. I went to google with the watch model name and started checking different sites to see if any had any active discount codes or coupons. I came across watches-swiss.com on the 2nd or 3rd page of results and opened it in a new tab to check it out. The site seemed outdated and the store name wasn't very original which had me a little skeptical, but the price was great. I decided to search them via google as well and found some positive reviews. I gave the store a call just to confirm it was in stock and get a general idea of the operation. I ended up speaking with the owner Marc, who was extremely friendly. He gave me confirmation the watch was in hand literally and if I bought it that day he would ship it the same day. I took the plunge and made the purchase. The watch came the next day, granted I was only a state over but the entire experience was exactly what I was looking for. Marc also sent me an email a few days later to confirm it was received and what I wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase from him in the future if they've got it in stock and I was in the market, Thanks Marc.

I have now ordered three watches from watches-swiss.com and am going to use them for future orders. They offer prices significantly reduced from MSRP and, unlike other grey market dealers (e.g., jomashop), they provide the full manufacturer warranty. They do not maintain an inventory, instead procuring the watch when it is ordered by the customer. While this may cause a bit of a delay, they are transparent about the length of the delay, based on their experience in procuring a watch through a given manufacturer. And given the price advantage, the delay (which has always been just a matter of days for me) is certainly worth it. I also found the owner, Marc, extremely easy to deal with. He is lightning fast in answering emails, does a great job at keeping the buyer informed every step of the way, and makes a very strong effort to deliver the watches as quickly and inexpensively as possible. I strongly recommend them.

I purchased a limited edition Ball Engineer Master II watch from Watches-Swiss.com. Pricing was the best I found after extensive research.
