The watch looked like a factory second,the top button was raised to high against the bom one. The dial hands would not reset no matter what I did.
Sent watch back no problem and recieved a money return without a problem.
Wold not purchase another watch from them after seeing the same tissot watch from a tissot dealer without the faults that the watch had.

Bought Emporio Armani watch 2434 but when I received it is is different to authentic Armani.
Went to the jewellery store selling Armani watches and compared my watch to the watch from the shop and mine looks different than the authentic one!!!! The stainless steel is less shiny (poor quality) , the pin on the side of the watch is different and overall watch looks different!!!
Before the purchase I have contacted website and asked whether watch is authentic or not. I was assured that the watch is authentic and I have nothing to worry about, which turned out is not the truth.
I was misled by the company to believe the watch is authentic while in fact it is NOT AUTHENTIC !!!!

I am satisfied with my experience of buying a watch from Watchdepot recently. My order was dispatched within 24hrs of my order being placed and arrived the next day. I had initially price matched the watch through their website against a competitor, which was selling the same model for £84.95 instead of their price of £95.

What I then discovered (upon DPD emailing me the tracking details) later was that it had been dispatched by a company called Joshua James. I took a quick look (as I was curious) and it turns out that this is the same company as Watchdepot but trading under another name. The watch I had ordered also turned out to be priced at £47.60 which was a huge difference. I called up to enquire about this discovery and price difference at Joshua James as I was fully prepared to send the watch back and reorder at the lower price, but thankfully common sense prevailed and they agreed to refund me back the difference.

I was satisfied overall but would urge others to check both sites for price differences.

i only ordered it from their website that they said next day delivery. it said purchase within next 30 minutes and they'll deliver it next day. i even received an email confirming the order and another email confirming that the item has been dispatched. however received nothing today, rang the courier service and was advised that nothing has been ordered for you, no such order number. rang watchdepot and no one there to answer my phone. non professional. still waiting for my order and not been delivered.

I bought a Diesel watch from watchdepot for Xmas present. Price was competitive with other website, delivery was free. I placed the order on the 11/12 and it arrived by DPD on the 13/12 late afternoon. Packaging was decent, watch coming in its box, no mark or damage. First experience with watchdepot, excellent experience.

Watch I ordered was advertised as in stock and available for next day delivery. Shortly after placing the order I was emailed and informed that the watch I ordered would have to be sent from the supplier and would take 2-3 days to arrive. I didn't have a gift for my fathers 60th because of this. When I complained I was offered a 5% discount, but only after sending a couple of wordy emails. Item was good, but the service wasn't.
