Communication was good, order got on time and a good looking watch with a nice but not boring vibe
I placed my order and immediately received the confirmation, delivery date, etc., and the delivery was on time.
I like the watch since I like rectangular watches with retro vibes. I would keep the size of the dial but make the frame maybe 2 mm thicker to make it look a bit bigger; after all, this is 2025. I have ordered the T24 Blue version, which is more versatile and more comfortable than the JLC Reverso. One start has been deducted since the warranty has not been stamped, and I need to contact them about that.

I would definitely use them again
I was initially concerned by some of the negative reviews. However these were very misfounded, the order was exactly as described, high quality and seems a genuine citizen replacement strap. I am more than happy with watch.co.uk yes there are based in Holland but the clue is in their name which is clearly in their website details. The order was placed on Monday with anticipated delivery on Friday, it was actually delivered on Wednesday which is a great service. I would definately use watch.co.uk again, do not be misled by some negative reviews.

Poor Product
I have bought straps before from this retailer but on this occasion I didn't think the strap was as well made as usual and it didn't fit the watch properly. I had to buy another strap from a different retailer.

Mondaine watch strap
I ordered a replacement Mondaine watch strap and strap tool. Took a week to arrive. I received someone else’s order. Coincidentally it was the same watch strap but no strap tool. They didn’t respond to my email of complaint. When I phoned they were very obliging and refunded for the tool. The strap is fine.

Missing item, poor quality.
It arrived earlier than expected, hence the two stars. However, the product was faulty as it broke when I installed it. The leather fell apart almost immediately as I put it on my wrist. One item was not included although it was listed on the invoice as checked for quality. I have contacted customer services looking for replacement items, but haven't received a reply yet. Looking through some of the reviews I expect that to be an issue too. Might have just been unlucky. I will keep my fingers crossed.
