Last Friday their claw snatched our…

Last Friday their claw snatched our trash barrel. They said that they put in a work order and it could take 5-7 business days. That's just not right. It's entirely their fault and should have brought out a new barrel last Friday. Now the mounting garbage is really stinking up our house. We are unhappy customers.

No customer consideration I paid my bill online and was told I'm not guaranteed a pickup because I didn't talk to a representative that's ridiculous. I've been with this company for years they keep going up on prices there's a bunch of missed pickups I'm just really tired of them I'm trying to switch right now

A zero is to high for this horrific…

A zero is to high for this horrific company 5 phone calls and was left on hold 30 plus minutes each time, a month and a half later still have limbs they will not pick up. Picked my neighbors but went past mine. Retired and on a fixed income and now I have to pay someone to do their job.

As a local business owner

As a local business owner, dealing with Waste Connections in Dallas has been a nightmare. Their service is unreliable, and their billing is completely inconsistent, with prices constantly increasing without justification.
They look for any excuse to hit you with 'extra fees.' Their 'overload' policy is extreme, but what’s worse is their lack of accountability. Recently, they refused to pick up my trash because a vehicle (which I have no control over, as the container is in a public area) was parked nearby. Instead of finding a solution, they skipped the pickup and now demand an extra payment to come back.
They trap you in a cycle of extra fees and poor communication. If you are a business owner looking for a waste management partner that actually supports the local community, look elsewhere. This company only cares about nickel-and-diming their customers.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! We have had waste connections for years for our business. When we complained to the call center that the driver was pushing the dumpster against our fence (we had told the driver in the past as well to stop doing this) and finally bent it to where it was almost inoperable the operations manager Damien came out. He took one look and said “that wasn’t us, that’s old” quite odd, doesn’t matter how “old” he thought it was, the dumpster was propped up against our fence and it fit exactly where the bend was as well….. again we had services through them for over a decade. This was just the start of our issues. Not only did Damien bring his goon with him that just sat there and stared at us, we were told by Damien well if nothing can be done we will just cancel the service. WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT HE DID! But it wasn’t done that day, he said he was going to look into what could be done as well as get us a smaller dumpster and would get back with us. That never happened, after a month and a half I called on the 22nd of April and said I needed to schedule them to pick the dumpster up after our billing period was up (end of April). The customer service rep said she would have to have operations reach out to us before hand. The next morning I came to my place of business and saw our dumpster was GONE! It was taken in the early hours of the morning by waste connections before our business opened. To top it off they charged us right before hand for the month of May! I call in and low and behold the person that would handle this issue was none other than Damien. This company is absolutely terrible and the operations manager isn’t fit to even be a customer service representative, it’s mind boggling that a company as big as waste connections would even allow someone so unfit to be the face of their business. Instead of admitting their fault and fixing what they broke they charged us for additional month of service, took our container without warning, and basically spit in our face. Side note: since this happened we were able to find another company with the same exact service for half the price so we were getting overcharged as well, go figure. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Willows on the Lake

Every Friday, here in Ocoee, Florida, our Waste Connections from Altamonte Springs arrive to pick up our yard waste and due to the frost that killed so many plants, both Shawn & Michael have gone above and beyond to pickup massive piles of debris. They have brought our community back to its original beauty and I thank them so much. They are a great team 😊

MIssed Pickups More Expensive for less service

I had numerous missed pickups this past year. Their price increased while providing less service. They will no longer pick up a bag outside the can, wanting you to rent another can instead. They make it almost impossible to cancel service at end of term and keep charging after you try to cancel.

For nearly a decade

For nearly a decade, there have been recurring allegations of inappropriate intimate relationships between certain office staff and other employees, during work, including during work-related travel trips. These patterns have been widely noticed and have created an environment that is clearly inconsistent with Waste Management’s ethical standards and basic expectations of workplace conduct.



What is especially concerning is how normalized this behavior appears to have become. Instead of accountability or corrective action, the situation has been allowed to continue openly enough that it has affected employees, disrupted families, damaged morale, and undermined the credibility of leadership at the site. The overall culture has deteriorated to a point where professionalism seems optional and oversight appears absent.
