Delighted that we are now able to use this set again.

I've ordered several sets of Spiegelau stemware and glasses from Wasserstrom and I have been very satisfied! I'm impressed with the variety of kitchen products they have and will be ordering again!

Bought two cookie sheets recommended by Cook's Illustrated. Had question and emailed about shipping date and rep got right back to me. Shipping was extremely fast, especially considering it was during holiday rush. The sheets arrived well packed and in great shape. Very happy.

I received a box of 3000 crayons list as 375 of each color. I was pleased that only 2 out of 3000 were broken. However, as I was bagging up the crayons in individual bags, it was evident that there were more of one color than the others. If I had needed 375 individual bags of crayons for my mission trip, I would have been screwed. Over all happy with the product, price, and quality.

My order of Oneida Shell arrived in perfectly new condition. I was replacing lost pieces and was happy to find this website. Their prices were excellent and the pieces match the old ones perfectly.

I was able to order a dozen forks and spoons without having to buy whole sets of silverware, and the price was better than any other site I could find. Our household forks had almost all disappeared; we were down to four. I searched for our silverware pattern on Replacement.com and EBay, and found them for $10 each. I found Wasserstrom, and found high quality similar forks for $30 for a dozen! Instead of paying $120 for a dozen forks, I got two dozen for half the cost, a 75% savings! The forks arrived within the week, were individually wrapped, and fit perfectly with our original pattern. The site was easy to use and the checkout a breeze. Thanks, Wasserstrom, our silverware drawer is restored!

Product was just what I needed. Price was great; shipping was very high. Not pleased that the delivery person just tossed my purchase on my front porch with out any care to my purchase.
