I ordered this bag for a special occasion on 19th June . I try to get I touch on several occasions via their web chat and via email. Come August 19th exactly a month later I got notification that it had been dispatched. Should this take thus long.? All said and done the bag is lovely shame I had to buy another one for the occasion.

I love my scarf, it’s absolutely beautiful and the price is beyond fantastic.

Complaint already sent to Washein regarding the wrong colour coaster ( lime instead of lemon)
I am awaiting acknowledgement of same.

I order some stuff on WASHEIN for collection at an address in Battersea as I am local, I have reached out to confirm what times I can collect - no contact. I don't want to do a charge back on my credit card but if they don't get in touch I will be forced to as I don't to waste a trip.

The items were posted out within a week and the placemats are so nice ! Really great quality.

Customer service was great! The item shipped fast and is beautiful. My only complaint, and it’s kind of a bummer, is that the Velcro on the hat is sticking in towards your hair and I can’t take the hat off without it tearing my hair out. I honestly am not sure I’ll wear it without some sort of modification.

5 working days since order, no contact from Washein to update on shipping or respond to my customer enquiry. I hope that I will receive a refund.

I love this brand so much. I bought a set of placemats for my Christmas table. I loved them so much that I bought a different set for my Easter table! Such good quality and unique design!

There was a slight problem with the order but the company responded very quickly and resolved the matter so I have no complaints.

The scarf is absolutely lovely - very soft and a beautiful colour/pattern; I am very pleased with it.

Ordered some placemats from here. They’re absolutely beautiful, incredible quality and so reasonably priced. They arrived within a couple of days too, even in mid December. Would wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely be purchasing more items!
