Jess was great - clear and concise options presented and explained really well for renewal of my car warranty. Great customer service - quick to respond rather than being on hold for a long period of time.

avoid like a plague
I was sold 3months warranty from this company when I got my used car. Few weeks to the end of my 3months cover, a rep from them called and sold me a dream, I feel so stupid looking back now, I got a 3years cover and thought I was save.
Car developed cambelt problem and needed to be replace, this company completed handed off and I had to pay £1200 out of pocket to fit a new cambelt. Their claim is 'wear and tear are not covered'. so what is covered?
Every car in the UK under goes yearly MOT checks and would need repair of any wear and tear, if this is maintained your car will most likely not have a fault. So if wear and tear is not covered, do you expect me to drive my car into a wall or smatch it up to make a claim?
I regret ever buying this scam. Tried canceling and I was told I can't, they are hell bent on taking your money and making sure you get nothing.
Run from them as far as you can.

I got their warranty when I purchased my used car. Unfortunately I had to use it on a repair, they were flawless on getting it sorted and walked me through the best steps. On my annual renewal I had the please of dealing with Cameron Gater-Condon, he was great at informing about all the options!

Be careful of these guys.
Purchased a car in March and contacted Warrenty First as soon as its looked likely repair work would be necessary.
They nolonger wish to honour their service agreement and when questioned throw up brick walls.
Wouldn't recommend these individuals and feel totally cheated.
