Horrible service
There was no option to rate in negative. The workers are good but such an horrible service. They just keep sending the invoices but no one shows up!! And no one even picks up the phone.

absolutely horrible and terrible service! did not repair my boiler and overcharged me, I paid 150 eur for nothing! and they never answer my phone call or mail. please stay away from this scammers!!!!

The worst company I have ever came…
The worst company I have ever came across. Avoid! Not only they send a technician who cannot open a part of the boiler that they themselves installed, they refuse to send someone else and actually finish the service. Later they dont keep their appointment (that I made 2 weeks prior), come at a different time slot and blame me for misunderstanding. Their solution is to make a new appintment one week later. They dont even take the resposibility for their mistake, nor do the try to solve their mistake and find a solution for the same day.
