Excellent Customer Service!
Having moved house my Wine was inadvertently delivered to my old address. On Contacting Customer Service they arranged for DHL to retrieve it, This was successfully achieved and a couple of days later I received a full refund! I had just put this down to experience, so a pleasant surprise!

Wine did not arrive on time, when it did arrive there were 3 bottles of red wine and 1 white, I ordered 6 red. Worst customer service possible. Avoid this company at all costs, Paul
