Ordered goods ,claimed they were delivered. Security cameras prove otherwise. Have offered a50% refund which we rejected. Carnt name the Delivery Company or Depot in Hamilton ,delivery was supposedly made on Sunday 12 th July which seems very strange day for deliveries. Placed order and waited nearly 4 weeks for it to be delivered by chinapost. Watched tracking information closely and was home all day on date of delivery. No package was ever delivered. I emailed with support and was replied to days later saying according to their information it was delivered and to check with neighbors and post office which I had already done. In the back and forth emails they 1st offered me 30% refund, then 50% refund and most recently 60%. To which I of course refused. I paid 100% for having received nothing. I informed them they could ask chinapost to pay for their losses. Avoid this site!
