Wanikou is sloppy and unprofessional
On 23/7/2021 I purchased a complete set of kitesurf lines for about 140 euros by paying with PayPal. Wanikou indicates a diameter of 1.9 mm as specifications of the lines. However, when I received them on 30/7/2021, I realized that they were unusable because the final part was 5 mm wide, so they could not pass or slide through the 2 holes of my Liquid force bar which have a width of 4 mm. I then pointed out to wanikou on 3/8/2021 that, since my Liquid force V2 bar was not compatible with their lines, I was willing to return the product, but they replied the same day asking me the reason for the incompatibility . Consequently, on 3/8/2021, I provided the photos of my bar from which it can be seen that the holes of the same, through which the lines must pass, have a diameter of 4 mm, therefore not sufficient to pass and slide their lines. After that, having received no response from Wanikou, on 5/8/2021 I wrote again and sent them the same photos through PayPal. Today, finally, on 9/8/2021, instead of answering me via PayPal, they answered me privately saying that they would be able to install the lines at a price of 20 euros.
