This experience with Wanderu is the WORST experience with an app I have ever had.
I simply wished to change my trip and there is no way within the app to even LOGIN hahaha. Such a dogshit app, can't wait for it to be replaced. I am now waiting with AI BOTS to solve or I will have to cancel directly on my credit card.
Very close to reporting them to the FTC. I would avoid at all cost!

Awesome
Awesome. It was quick and easy selecting and getting a bus ride to and fro between California and Arizona for my grandma and she loved the experience. She said they're so fast and so much space 😅. I love wonderu. So wonderful.

Very intuitive to use
Very intuitive to use, the filters are very for sorting cheapest / earliest, and also mode of transportation. The only one downside was the website glitched once or twice when toggling one-way or two-way trips, when I clicked two-way and added a return date, it kept telling me no busses found that date, but refreshing the page helped that issue!
