Con artist with HIDDEN FEES

Con artist. Placed an order for a jacket and paid £151 for it. After few weeks without any follow up (other than the confirmation email after the order) I receive an email from UPS saying that they received the parcel from wamdenim and that there were shipping fees of £54 to be paid by myself, in order for them to deliver the item.
Absolutely shocking considering that any legit company that sells and ship all over their products, should cover any shipping fees and costs as part of the service, not to mention that on top of the £151 for the jacket i also paid deliveries costs.....so they clearly conning clients to pay "delivery costs" when purchasing items, and then CLEARLY not covering and paying any shipping/delivering costs and fees as proven by the fact that I was asked to pay these on top myself. Clown company, totally con artists and they reviews and Trustpilot score confirms they way they really operate. This misleading selling campaign is clearly a re-accuring thing for them as everyone that has had any doing with them , mentions the very same delivery scam they operate when selling items.....but they blame UK for charging these shipping fees like they had no idea they needed to be paid....
To recap, when buying from wamdenim you pay for the item you want (standard) and delivery costs (as you would with any other companies) but then wamdenim do NOT pay their shipping costs/fees and pretends the client has to pay those on top of what already paid....including the delivery costs they were charged by wamdenim in the first place!!! Totally thieves.

I paid and did not get anything

Never again, I bought a gift card for my husband. I needed to enter his name and a personal comment, so I expected that I will receive a nice gift card in my mailbox what I can print out and give to him. It never happend. After a few hours when I stil did not have anythig from them I mailed them that I need to get my gift card. They answered my mail and I got a code in a mail, what I should enter during checkout… so I gave my husband only a code written on a piece of paper… my husband wanted to place an order, however the code did not work. I mailed them, it took them 5 days until I got an answer that they forwarded it to IT department. Since than I have no response (it has been already 17 days). I will definitely get into touch with Test-Aankoop

Very unpleasant sale person

I bought for 300euros men clothes in Rotterdam shop, closed to beurs. The sales woman was stressed, pushy and not patient.
I was almost about to quit the shop without buying anything.
I had the feeling I was in a very bad neighborhood with someone looking for trouble.
It made the shop look like a low class market clothes.
I won't go anymore to this shop.

Hopeless delivery scheme..

On June 25th I bought 2 short sleeve men's shirts. Neither has arrived yet, 11 days later. (maybe summer will be over by the time they do manage to deliver. If ever). One shirt has been promised to arrive twice. I waited in. I didn't work. It didn't come. The second shirt has disappeared into the mist. I'll remember all this next time I'm tempted by WAM Denim. Avoid!!!!

WAM in Breda. We walked in with the hope of finding something smart and semi formal'ish, and walked out with 6 items. Great service!! Very reasonably priced...no stress. Well be back.

Service is beyond shit

I had placed an order, with a pair of jeans that needed to be returned because it did not fit. Received a return label to ship it back, I received confirmation that they received the returned jeans on 25th of march and after 2 weeks I still don't have my money back. I had to reach out to them 4 times in one week (4th having a threat for 1 star review) and suddenly I got a reply in 20 minutes that I'll have my money on Monday April 7th. Wednesday April 9th and I still don't have my money back. I even told them to reach out over the phone because I wanted to talk to someone. They dodged that request like it never happened, so they know what they're doing..
In good faith I placed a new order on Sunday. Received order confirmation for it and paid almost 300 euros, but today is Wednesday and it's not even shipped yet, while they claim they delivery in 1-2 business days. They don't even hand over the parcel to the shipping company in 2 business days. Getting in touch with them is nearly impossible so I'll just wave goodbye to 318 euros and move on with my life. The effort and time it cost me to get my money back is almost not worth the hassle with this joke of a company

Biggest fraud when it comes to…

Biggest fraud when it comes to returning money back, they didn’t delivered my product and now asking for money back no is even responding back to my email after taking back my account details. Its like i am never gonna see those 70 bugs.. just pathetic piece of shits…dont buy from them.

I visited the store for the second time…

I visited the store for the second time last weekend. I had the same amazing experience as the first visit. The quality of everything is amazing for the very reasonable prices you are paying. The assistant that looked after me was very helpful and honest with what he thought worked for my awkward dad bod. lol. I live in Ireland and would go specifically to the store knowing I could get fitted out for the season. Store was located in the main shopping district in Amsterdam.

Omg what happened to Wam Nijmegen??, They had an amazing team 5stars team ...I met this guy from Venezuela..He was an  amazing salesman and also a French lady assistent manager...She was very good...I bought over 800eur on merchandise 2 month ago, because of these 2 professionals, they gave me over the top service and treat me like an king!! My girlfriend came last week to check  for new clothes for me, and she told me that these 2 professionals are not longer in the company 😓you have to bring these 2 people back  please!! I have 25 years working experience on retail, so I know what I am talking about!

Terrible service/Hele slechte service!

After receiving a size too small I exchanged it with a larger item. However in spite of their return policy stating that exchanging for a larger size is free, they charged me a shipping and handling fee. After requesting clarification they stated that it was seen as a new order instead and after that refused to help me. I haven't had service this bad in a very long time.

Jas besteld, helaas was die te klein. Ik heb toen via het omruil formulier een nieuwe gehaald. Op de site staat dat ruilen gratis is, echter is mij alsnog een fee in rekening gebracht. Bij navraag werd mij gezegd dat het een nieuwe order was, dus dat ik niet het hele bedrag terug zou krijgen. Dat noem ik bedrog. Echt belabberde service!

They lie about the payment options.

They lie about the payment options available. I saw that SOFORT Banking is listed as a payment option on there website, but when I was at the checkout, I had to provide my credit card number.

You are not allowed to return things

I wanted to put rating -10 but unfortunately it is not possible. We bought 2 tshirts on sale. It is ended up they are small and we came to change it. For one we have found bigger size and for second no. So we decided just take one and for second - just take money back. And… girl said as “we dont give money back only voucher for this amount!”
Guys seriously? 1. Where is that said? Next to cash register it says i have 14 days to return or change!
2. What is this services in 21th that you cannot return!
And more important - lady was very rude! Like very!
