When I log into Walmart I get this message: "This account has been suspended. Please refer to the email we sent for more details."
I experienced an issue shortly after my last order in 2022. I don't remember the reason for the suspension, and I've even tried using a different email address, but the account remains suspended. I log into to Walmart to see if I can get in and I can not. Walmart seems to be holding onto a grudge.

I bought Walmart+ at a discount and I won't be renewing. You order stuff what you feel obligated to give a tip as I always do and half of what your order they don't have. I actually change stores because I have two near me and one of the stores said that it didn't have a drink that I wanted so I switched to the other store which said it had the drink but when I get my order in the morning none of the drinks So now I got to go to the store myself. Out of 13 items I got seven. Which makes me have to go back and check and make sure they charged me accordingly. Anyway if you have to order it and the stuff don't come and you end up having to go to the store yourself you really didn't save a nickel so I wouldn't buy this and I wouldn't suggest anybody else invest in Walmart plus.

I ordered online and their contracted delivery service simply delivered all my items ON THE SIDEWALK in front of my mailbox service after business hours. Everything was picked up by homeless people. I got nothing. No apologies from Walmart and nothing was replaced. Unreal.

Had an oil change appointment. Went to appointment and after 45 minutes of waiting, was told didn't have the oil filter for my car. Was told they were going through a change in suppliers and didn't have them for over a week. Why I wasn't informed of that when my reminder for my appointment was sent is beyond me. Crappy service Walmart.
Walmart purchase - no return or standing by their products
I ordered a sale product from Walmart. It was a furniture set Lofka 4 PCS Patio Chairs Set, Outdoor Furniture Set with Loveseat and Cool Textile Fabric, Black, Actual Color: Black - Cool Textile/5531270372. The item was marked many times as an outdoor set but when reading the instructions to put it together, it states that it is an INDOOR product. I attempted to return it and Walmart/Lofka did not allow me to return the item or reimburse my money. We then tried to put it together and found out that the cloth for the chairs is too wide and they cannot be put together!

I am tired of crap quality items when ordering only to find out they come from outside sources that are allowed to sell their items on Walmarts web site. I lost alot of money on what turns out to be crap items. Better luck ordering from TEMU then Walmart.

Walmart kept my groceries
March 17th, I had eye surgery and went back on the 18th for a follow-up exam. After my appointment, I stopped at store #05080 1743 Precinct Lone Rd. to get some groceries with my fiancé.' I paid for my groceries first and placed them on the counter while my fiancé completed his purchases. When we got to his car, I realized we did not get all my bags in the cart. We returned to the counter where we had checked out, and my bags were not there.
We went to customer service to inquire what happened to the bags. We waited a very long time for information about my groceries, with no place for me to sit. My fiancé did some business with his bank located in the store and asked if I could use their chairs. Later, a Walmart manager says this is suspicious behaviour.
We have contacted the store and have never been able to speak to the manager. They see my bags on their feed and say a Walmart driver took them. and they do not intend to make it right. After many calls to the store and Walmart.com, I believe they have no intention of making this right.
The accusations of our character when I was recovering from surgery and made an innocent mistake are unacceptable to me. Kroger and Target have better quality food anyway.

Ironic that I was talking with an investigator at the DA's office who stated that If being stupid was against the law our prisons will be full year around and then this happens. An absolute peach even from walmart.
After less than 10,000 miles of driving all of a sudden, literally overnight 4 to 5 inch cracks have appeared in both Lexani front tires, as noticed by Costco technicians when approached to fix one of them on my Honda Accord Sport 2015. A flat head screwdriver easily slides into the cracks.
Warranty is not worth the paper it is written on and a single cell amoeba employed by walmart will enter into an argument with you and place the blame solely on alignment taking into consideration they were sold, balanced and fitted by Walmart 'technicians' at Peachtree city, Ga. At the time of fitting, alignment was declared good and needed no intervention. Walmart customer service horrified but the genius at the store, single cell amoeba or maybe Mary the genius zygote insists it is the fault of non alignment because 'she seen it many times in Arkansas'. Well I'll be damned. There goes civilization and common sense and all of my 5 Five Degrees, 4 from European universities and one from UC Berkeley. CONSULT reviews published on Walmart's own website for Lexani tires, its tire service, REDDIT AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS. Mavis, Costco et al,. when consulted reported the same issues presented by other customers. Its a death trap in waiting and to be avoided at all cost.

The order was confirmed, but when the driver arrived, a substitution was required. The issue? Walmart’s system does not allow meaningful upward substitutions. Anything smaller than 20 quarts was useless in my situation, making the delivery ineffective from the start.
At the same time, I ordered a $2 pack of pre-cut celery. I live about 45 minutes from the Bonham location, and given Walmart’s scale, inventory systems, and seasonal rotation practices, it’s difficult to understand how multiple comparable options weren’t available—especially for a basic item like a stock pot.
What made the situation worse was a breakdown in Walmart’s communication system. The driver attempted to message me through the app, but I never received it. I increased the tip to $20 to account for the inconvenience—he never saw that either. I tried calling, but the call wouldn’t go through, and I didn’t receive his message. Communication failed on both ends.
Because of that failure, what should have been a simple coordination issue turned into a real expense. The driver lost time and fuel, and I ended up covering costs that could have easily been avoided. What started as a $2 item turned into a $42 outcome when factoring in delivery inefficiencies and return logistics.
This isn’t just about one failed order. It reflects a broader operational model where friction, inefficiency, and risk are pushed downward onto both customers and frontline workers—while the company protects its margins and optimizes for short-term returns. Drivers absorb wasted time and fuel, customers absorb failed logistics, and the system continues operating as if those costs don’t exist.
That kind of model may scale—but it doesn’t sustain trust.
If Walmart wants to maintain long-term credibility, it needs to rethink how its substitution policies, communication systems, and delivery logistics impact real people—not just internal metrics or quarterly performance.
If these systemic issues continue to go unaddressed, legal action—including a potential class action—will become an inevitable next step as accountability mechanisms catch up to corporate behavior.

It seems like every time I make a order the charge for the order on my bank account show that it is paid and then a bunch of smaller charge's start showing up on my debit card, when I confront customer service about the charge's they claim the extra charges are for covering extra items that were added to the order or to cover weight adjusted items,, this happens a lot. I ordered an item to be delivered to my home. When I received notification that it had been delivered, I checked and found it in fact had not arrived. The photo that accompanied the notification showed the item sitting on a porch that was not mine. I called and reported this error on their part and was told I had to wait 3 hours and call back. I waited and called back as instructed and reported the error again and inquired when I could expect my item. I was told then to wait 48 more hours and call back. This is unacceptable.... I paid good money to get this item and due to their incompetence I do not have it as promised and am expected to wait 2 more days while the item they misdelivered is in an unknown location with absolutely no guarantee at this time that I will receive it. Furthermore, after viewing their website regarding the matter of not receiving items, they actually state that their carriers may mark an item as delivered BEFORE it actually is. Which leads to the logical conclusion that the falsifying of records may be commonplace in my opinion
Don't bother.
Garbage website. My old account simply says "suspended" with no reason, and says "check the email" but no email never arrives which leads me to believe it wants me to check an email from years ago which I assume was sent due to disuse. There is no "reset password" option, or account help mentioned. So I create a new account to buy a couple discounted gift cards and put in my card and set it all up and the order goes through immediately followed by a cancelation notice "due to an unexpected issue". I check the actual walmart account and it says they couldn't be delivered. So I re-purchase them to a different email and the exact same thing happens again. Doing nothing but wasting my time.
