I love crisps, and walkers salt and vinegar use to be my go to brand and flavour. I don’t know what they’ve done to them but they taste horrible now…. fishy in flavour… I won’t be buying them again.

Absolutely baffled by my recent communications with walker love.
I explained my partner was now in full scale kidney failure, and that I was now providing full time care, whilst providing financially for two people and working full time.
I advised them I could only afford £100 per month, and that this was the very maximum.
They then took 4 days to reply and completely disregarded any of my messages and said "ok so you'll pay £300 per month until April". I genuinely sat in complete shock.
I explained that the council had caused the issues with our council tax bill and still they have demanded I live in poverty.
Walker love have by far the worst customer service I've ever come across. Their manners, their communication and the speed of which they answer is absolutely disgusting.
They have no regard for others feelings, and they show absolutely no empathy to other people.
They believe themselves better than their customers and place themselves far too high.
Truly believe this company should be shut down and lose their licenses. Their cowboy practices and poor customer service is nothing short of despicable.
I will be writing to the financial conduct authority and my local MP as I am truly disgusted and disappointed.

Sick of throwing away stale bags of cheese & onion. I posted this on your socials a few years back, you sent a £5 voucher...but didn't even acknowledge the issue. I have just binned 4 packs out of a 6 pack as they tasted so bad, so won't be buying more. (just to add unless I buy a box, there is always at least 2 or 3 bags that are stale)

Crisps in multi pack not that fresh, going stale, price is ridiculous for a few slices of fried flavoured potatoes.
Plus there's usually a burst bag which is very common, why.

Absolutely ridiculous, walkers salt and shake have changed the colour of the salt packet from blue to white making it almost impossible to find I'd eaten half the bag before I located it then when managed to open it the salt was solid so I finished my lunch saltless 😠 the paper salt bag isn't working, if it's not broken don't mend it . Silly billy walkers another b@#ls up. Go back to the blue bag .

Walkers That's Nuts , wotsits really cheesy. Best nuts ever! I've tried coated nuts before and thought a certain brand we're the best, until these really cheesy wotsits nuts and with the taste and crunch they are undoubtedly the new trend ,Walkers have set. Love love love

Roast Chicken Crisps now taste of beef, I thought it was just me, then shopping on my supermarkets website and noticed the awful reviews and others said they taste of beef too.
Just looked again and noticed loads more reviews, all 5 stars with notes saying 'I received this product in exchange for my honest review' so Walkers are giving them away for fake positive reviews too.

These are just awful now, whoever thought up the new recipe YAK, bring the old favourite back and stop paying for fake reviews.

There is hardly any taste in the crisps anymore also only an handful of crisps in the packet the cheaper version from Aldi are better these days, the golden wonder are also much better

Walkers crisps just like many of pepsico's uk brands have now changed the flavour of their crisps, they taste bland stale and of maize in certain flavours especially prawn cocktail and salt and vinegar two recipes that i thought would never change as they are quite inexpensive to make this is being treated by pepsico as a healthier version that nobody asked for we even have baked and reduced salt/fat brands already as alternatives, this is an obvious cash grab for them and they are shipping their products with no quality control, this comes after they changed their classic pepsi recipe and added sweeteners and reduced the sugar that too tastes nothing like the classic flavour but is advertised as such. I will be refusing to buy pepsi products in the uk from here on, its a shame i grew up loving these brands. ;_;

Monster much pickled onion flavour has changed, to No flavour at all. It’s terrible, and a complete waste of money.. Extremely disappointing; What a shame .

Don’t know who had the idea of putting a clear bag with salt in it for salt and shake crisps, I now have to empty the crisps out the bag to find the salt sachet and most of the time the salt is damp so salt and shake no more.

I’ve been enjoying Walkers for decades, recently the quality has plummeted, almost every packet over the last few years I’ve opened have at lest three crisps with bad black bits on them. Do they need a new spud supplier or just some with decent eyesight in quality control? The sheer arrogance of the company not responding to a single poor review. Let your wallet do the talking.

£1.35 for a portion that should be in a small packet of crisps, no a large.

Bought salt and shake and it was terrible. The salt bag was the same colour as the crisps and had to empty the bag to find to unlike the old blue salt bag.
The crisps were bland and unrecognisable from years gone buy.
I will never buy again!

I brought two multipacks of wotsits. 12 in each. Every single packet inside wasn’t sealed at the back and all the crisps were stale. All 24 packets.

Burnt Crisps, always insist on Walkers but no more. How does a machine cremate a potato, I’ve advised my family to try other brands as Walkers have no flavour whatsoever. They rely on a long gone reputation and I’m moving on and on and on. My wife will buy a lot of lower priced variation and I will choose a new brand.

I was eating quavers and I got near the bottom of the bag and it was full of burnt crisps I ended up eating 2 of them and they ruined my tastebuds for 3 days !!! And I love quavers but after that

Oh my, first time in a few months. I had pack of Walkers Smoky bacon flavour crisps from multi pack. What have you done!! They taste awful I used to love a pack of walkers, these taste stale not very crispy almost a cardboard texture. My husband said he has noticed it for months on different flavours. Why change a perfect crisp. Its not working x
