Quick Delievery Timing
I order from here quite often seeing as i am hiring new staff. there delievery time is amazing and i never have to wait more than a week for my purchase. Even during these crazy times they are always able to accomendate changes if they are out of stock of something.

Can't do a full review since it's a Christmas present and I won't know how it goes over for another month. But it looks good to me and the order went smoothly. And since I won't know if it's good for the recipient, Wainstuff gave me permission to extend the return policy period until after Christmas. I doubt that it will be returned.

We understand your frustration with the global supply chain crisis. We did give you an ETA of 11/8/21 from the manufacturer and yes unfortunately that truck is now scheduled for delivery tomorrow and items will have to be checked in to the warehouse before shipping backorders.
We have processed a full refund for your order and would have been happy to do so at any point. You can have a look in your account online to see all the communications.
You messaged us last night at 7:53 PM requesting a refund and at 9:30 AM sent another message accusing us of being a scam and posted this review.
While I understand your frustration, unfortunately, the entire industry is currently experiencing major supply chain and staffing issues causing extensive delays and backorders.
We are doing our best to communicate and offer solutions for our clients in this extremely challenging time. We have been in business since 2005 and I assure you we are not a scam.

I have been waiting for my order for…
I have been waiting for my order for maybe a month or more...I can't remember that far back. I received 2 shirts out of the order, I think I may have ordered 6 and the aprons have never come. I ended up ordering some from amazon just to get us by.
