Don’t waste your money on the slide. Used for two months then woke up one morning and it was completely deflated and will not stay up.
Notified the company and no communication. Very expensive. Don’t bother with this company.

Bought the rippa slide, lasted only 3 times of use. Then deflated and couldn't be pumped again, faulty product. No customer service or support kept finding excuses not to refund or replace. Very poor quality products

Selling faulty products and no customer service, they breach the Australian Consumer laws and offer no support.

Purchased “Spidey goggles”. Do not seal on any age of child. No response to multiple repeat emails over 2 months. No telephone contact an available - that tells the whole story.

Waiting on a reply from my last 3 emails. Mega basketball hoop didn’t even inflate.

Poor quality for expensive pool inflatable which didn’t even last 1 season. Customer service is terrible! I will never purchase another item from Wahu! Kmart pool toys are just as good and don’t cost $80! Never again

Email the manufacture "Wahu", they didn't care that they sell faulty products. Any one wanting to purchase the dive rings and the skim balls "don't," the stitching comes apart on the first use and they don't replace the items, Wahu customer support is terrible.

Their website wasn’t applying a promotion discount correctly during Black Friday so I went through with the transaction and wrote them an email to seek the discount (trusting that they would honour it) and they just ignored me. Rubbish company, will never buy from them again.

I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed with my recent experience. I placed a large order, only to find out that it was not delivered to my P.O. Box, despite there being no indication on your website that this would be an issue. As a result, my order was returned to sender. I was assured by your team that it would be resent to my home address which I provided, but weeks have gone by with no communication, despite my multiple follow-up attempts . Your phone line is also not working, and support centre do not respond which adds to my frustration.

Today, I was informed that the items are now out of stock. Can you please explain what happened to my order that you were supposed to send back where are items from in this package? This situation is incredibly disappointing, especially with Christmas just a week away with kids now left without presents. What a way to ruin Christmas!!!

Can someone please contact me to resolve this issue asap I will blast all socials until it’s resolved

Will be reporting to the ACCC, placed an order online 1 month ago, no sign of it. The phone number on their email signature is not connected, they haven’t responded to my last 3 emails trying to locate my order. I now have to find an alternative present for Xmas. They are shocking to deal with, would not recommend

Useless customer service! I placed my order over 10 days ago and asked Wahu to update my postal address as I had the order posted to the old address . They failed to send my order to the right address and nearly over 2 weeks later I am still wasting time dealing with this unresolved issue.

Hi we have the wahu sinker rings for our pool well did in the bin where they belong. They are a very bad design as the come appart and hav glass balls that fall out and smash in the pool. So now have glass in the pool yard and in my pool as the cause of cut feet on all the kids.

Spiderman and Mini Mouse goggles that cover the nose are awful. The material is a stiff plastic so it is hard to adjust the straps to get over the head and the plastic seal is stiff so it does not seal to the face and leaves large gaps for the water to flood in. Absolute waste of money.

Recently purchased a childs swim vest from Wahu.
Such excellent service, great correspondence from Wahu. I am so happy with the product.

I ordered a wahu swim float for by baby for Christmas when it came it would instantly deflate like it had a hole I got in contact with wahu and they responded after a few days I sent through everything I needed to and didn’t hear back from them but received another one in the mail a week later. So impressed.

Poor quality, kids had a great time for two days but that is as long as it lasted before needing a repair. Would expect better quality for price paid.

Disgraceful customer service! My huge package of over $200 worth of Christmas gifts for my boys from ‘Santa’ was not taped down and completely visible for my boys to see at the front door. Not able to give these as Christmas gifts anymore. Wahu will not even acknowledge my frustration.

Ordered a product, turns out it wasn’t available even though it let me check out with that item, fair enough I was called and advised
It wasn’t available however upon choosing a different colour I’ve been sent the wrong one and have been waiting over a week to hear back with no reply
