Trying to avoid paying a claim
Complaint ongoing. Saying that there’s a pre-existing condition when my vet has clearly stated this is not true. The verbal gymnastics going on to wriggle out of this claim is astonishing. Do they not realise that it’s bad enough owning a pet with a distressing illness without having to deal with an insurance company who are doing their best to not fulfill their legal obligations

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, they take four weeks to look at your claim and will do anything they can to avoid paying out, awful service they shouldn’t be allowed to trade.
