Visited Wagamama at Clark’s Village Somerset. Nice meal but main course which included chicken and prawns contained only one prawn and very small amount of chicken. Recognise you have to make economie... See more

A First visit
A small group of us went to the Printworks Manchester Wagamama's Monday 21st Jan 2025 for the first time, We found the food very good and enjoyed the ambiance. What enhanced it as an enjoyable experience was the courteous and helpful service by a young lady called Ashley. As people of a certain age (non IT people) Ashley made sure all our questions were sorted. You have a diamond there. we'll definitely be back.

My friend and I had a good time at Wagamama, in Hatfield. Delicious meal, although very hot and spicy. The one we have chosen. However, many thanks too for the good service and the staff were OK, especially one of them look after us very well (M). Warm regards

Wagamama has such lovely delicious flavourful food my favourite there Portion sizes are perfect for me and I always go with ramen dishes or noddle dishes and they never disappointed so warming and staff always so friendly
I a takeaway from Wagamama… Vegetarian
I ordered a takeaway from Wagamama yesterday evening….well I will never do that again!!!! I received my order that was vegetarian with Tofu. I took one mouthful and thought “oh my god, I’m eating chicken….gag”….i have been vegetarian for 30+ years!!!! Most upsetting!!!! I checked my order and I had ordered the correct food for me it just happened to be a chicken version of which I had one mouthful!!!! I did receive a refund but this has really upset me, I had a nightmare last night due to this careless mistake. Never again and I wonder how many times this has happened to other people.
Terry is a terrible manager
A guy that works there named Terry (Staines branch) refused to listen to my allergies and when I asked to cancel refused. He was very rude and arrogant and I will be taking my complaint all the way to the head office as he has been very rude and unfair
Outstanding meal with simply fabulous servers
Had a lovely meal with a friend, meeting in a very busy Victoria Wagamama at perhaps their busiest hour of the day. The blue lit escalators take you up and into a food heaven, where most amazingly the staff were so attentive and efficient serving us with constant smiles, checks and good will. The food is as you’d expect at Wagamama, served quickly and with lots of nice surprises. Our servers Magdalena and Eddie were outstandingly nice and professional too. We remembered Magdelena from our last visit to the same resto two years ago, where we chatted and enjoyed our meal and she is still as cheerful, bright and superb as she was then. She remembered us too and made our experience extra special. Thanks to Wagamama for having such great staff and delicious food!!! We ate it all up and will no doubt return for more!
Angharad Swansea
Served by Angharad today in the Swansea restaurant. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Kept a close eye on us and her other tables and was on hand straight away whenever we needed something. Angharad really is a credit to the team and we hope to see her again
Wagamama
We went to Wagamama in Ashford Designer Outlet and were very disappointed. The service was terrible. My friend’s food arrived very late and everyone else had finished. I can’t believe they forgot an order! When she got the food the other shops were closed and the meal wasn’t even good. 😔

They have kids menu which means it's a family place but god forbid warming up some baby food. How to make parents life harder as if it's not hard enough. We asked for some tap water and we only got a glass as apparently can't give a full bottle.
Went to the one in mcarther Glen
Went to the one in mcarther Glen, first time been to wagamama so was excited, as I love Japanese food but was soon to be dissopinted.
Ordered starters and mains my mains came out before everyone else's and our starters, was nearly finished before anyone else had any food.
Not the best katsu chicken far to much rice. Don't think I'll bother again
Poor service
Food was fine, but waiter spilled a drink all over me and my bag that got soaked. He apologized, but after the incident, he and the rest of the staff showed no concern or care. They didn't even offer a discount or visit our table after it happened, which I think is the least you can do, if you spill over a customer..
This was in Wembley Park
Avoid Towe Hill
Avoid. The food was inedible. No flavor, overcooked gloopy soggy noodles, barely any veg and bland chicken. 3 of us and none of us could eat beyond a couple of spoonfuls. Honestly, and I mean this, a pot noodle each would've been a lot better. Biggest rip off ever.
Food disappointing, poor service
Food sadly was very disappointing, my wife's noodles were really oily, my meal was bland and tasteless (both ordered Vegan options)
This was the store north of Oxford Street in London, past regent's street.
They forgot to provide one of the dishes we had ordered, it arrived 10 minutes after we'd finished eating and about to pay the bill.
Thankfully the manager agreed to "discount" the missing dish, as he said we were the second customer with this problem during his shift.
First time going to wagamama in about 5 years, won't go back, itsu is much better with tastier food and better service.
I advise the Manager that I have a shellfish & crustacea allergy, I carry an EpiPen. Was very concerned that my meal contained prawns. Staff thought this was funny. Won’t be eating at Wagamama ever .
Make sure that everyone is fully aware that if a customer advises that they have an allergy, that they must NOT be served the food they are allergic to.
We visited Wagamama's at Salford…
We visited Wagamama's at Salford MediaCity on Friday 22nd November and we paid via Apple Wallet, the transaction seemed to go through okay and then we got an error message saying that we hadn't paid. I spoke to the waiter and he suggested we pay again and if we did end up paying twice they would refund one payment.
According to my bank statement we have paid twice and despite repeated correspondence with the manager at MediaCity it is now 3rd December and we have still not received a refund for the additional transaction.
Really poor service given that I did the right thing and now have to chase to get any money back. So disappointed.
Disappointingly flavourless & oily
Visited Wagamama in Watford this evening for our daughter’s birthday and what a disappointment: positive drink watery and flavourless for a fresh juice @£6. Main courses lacked flavour and noodles were really oily. At the end the waitress didn’t bother asking how we found the meal. Perhaps they knew what the quality was like already?
Peterborough accuse you of not paying be warned
Went to Peterborough store with my wife for my birthday on the 26th of November at lunch time. Food was nice but then as we were 20 steps outside of premises a member of staff cam out accusing us of not paying (had paid another staff member) Shocking and very embarrassing in street.
Wont visit again sadly
Click and collect in advance only if you like it cold and soggy
I ordered click and collect from the Tunbridge Wells restaurant about an hour in advance, pick up time 8.20pm. I got there 8.21pm, presented with the bag, went home, a one minute walk. Chilli Squid stone cold. Pad Thai barely tepid and soggy. "fresh + hot straight from the wok" promises my receipt, but I reckon it left the wok about 8pm. This is a lazy kitchen. I nearly went back in person to give some feedback but, ho-hum, guess I just won't bother again. Way over-priced for the state I got the food in. Ingredients and flavour were good, so some redemption from a 1 or 2 star rating.
