Incredibly frustrating, total scam even

We purchased a family bundle for Six Flags Qiddiya City. We received one QR code, I had assumed this one code was valid for 5 people. I was wrong, upon arrival I got in and the rest of my group was denied entry, I was told to contact Wafy. Their customer support was unreachable the entire day so I had to buy another family bundle from a different provider where I finally received 5 codes.

Anyways, long story short, wafy replied the next day but holy crap are they adamant about not admitting fault even though the evidence is literally rock solid??? So much hassle all for what? Not worth the discounts guys, not worth it at all. I just hope I receive my refund so I never have to deal with their crap ever again. All that stress is not good for me.
