Not reliable, not responsive.

I ordered an expensive turntable cartridge almost two weeks ago and it hasn’t even shipped yet. No human response to my repeated messages, just generic auto-replies asking for patience. Next step is to involve my credit card issuer and block payment. Although the price was right, any price is too high if you don’t get the product.

Super speedy delivery

I ordered on the 26th December and it arrived today. I was gutted I couldn't bring back &honey from my time in japan in Nov but this website really pulled through. The items are so expensive here in the UK and you never know if it's legit. The packaging, the prices and the shipping speed are all amazing imo. I will be placing another order at some point in the next month on skin care 💕waafu for the win🫶🏻

I use it for business

I use it for business. Since the actual shipping cost is applied, you can buy more cheaply by purchasing in bulk. It also works well when selling on Amazon.

Already ordered snacks for a few times, and im absolutely satisfied by they service. The wonderfully and carefully wrapped package was here in 5 days with DHL, and they was even kind enough to undervalue the package so my corrupt, messed up country cant charge me with the extra 27-40% fee/tax. :)
Will definitely use again.

Don’t order to this website! Scam!

Don’t order to this website, as you will be facing scam issue!
I ordered an item and paid the regular delivery fees (already expensive) and was asked by DHL to cover an unreasonable custom fee (making the final price of the item much more expensive than anywhere else in the world : filter for Kangen K8 machine).
I indeed never received the item from DHL which let stuck in their custom dept and advised PayPal through claim case.
Nothing is mention clearly on their website about deliveries and customer rights.
Avoid ordering from them or you’ll be facing issue with final price to pay.

Quality Japanese food from reliable seller

I purchased some quality Japanese seasoning and spices a couple of times from this seller. They always delivered items as described. The shipment came around ten days after placing the order. If you like to cook, then I'd recommend browsing through their products. So far so good. Highly recommend!

A shopping-savvy friend introduced me to WAFUU. This place is a treasure trove of Japanese beauty products, offering the most attractive prices I've seen anywhere. Unlike most sites where shipping costs can inflate the product price, WAFUU charges actual shipping, so the more you buy, the more you save! Plus, you have the flexibility to choose your courier, be it Japan Post, which I recommend for minimal customs issues, or FEDEX if it's more cost-effective. Truly a delightful shopping experience!

Don't buy from wafuu

Don't buy from wafuu. Bought Sony Reon 4 and can't use. They refused to refund. Customer service sucks and really can't make it.

Great service

Great service! I ordered a clipper from them and it arrived in just 5 days (from Japan to the UK!). Although at first I was very doubtful, because there are almost no reviews about them on the network, besides, their price was much lower than others. However, it turned out that the company is absolutely trustworthy. I recommend!
P.S. I usually don't order from other countries if there is an opportunity to buy nearby to avoid a long "carbon footprint". However, this time I needed a rather rare model, which I found all the way in Japan with the best price - right on this site.
