Nice and very useful machine

I bought the Wacaco Picopresso about a year ago for my boyfriend, as he's addicted to coffee and was having a big problem when we went camping. He's very happy with it and it has really made a difference for him. The only thing he doesn't like about it is that it doesn't heat the water, you have to heat it elsewhere. I don't like coffee so I can't comment on the flavor but he seems to like it quite a bit and he's not easy when it comes to coffee!
I just bought him the Pixapresso cause it does heat the water, and I hope it will be as good as the other one!

The worse experience

The product is pretty but really useless, not funcional at all. It is supposed to be a portable coffe maker but Imagine that you need a kettle with you and also even if you would use it in the office, it is able to do a coffee only for 1 person, after which you need to open and clean everything...so there is no a single use case where this Item would work well. To make it worse the customer care is also very slow and making everything possibile to make the process as slow as possible, not to mention that you need to pay for return...horrible

well happy with the service

I lost a little plastic plate for my nanopresso capsule adapter. Customer service very quickly and efficiently organised dispatch of the replacement at a very reasonable fee. Well happy.

Incompetent customer service

I have ordered various products from them.
The total incompetent customer service somewhere in China or Hong Kong had no idea about shipping to Switzerland and VAT (because Switzerland is not a member of the EU).
This incompetent customer service said it was my job to clarify this. Thats ridiculous.

Wacaco does not honer their warranty

I bought a Picopresso from Amazon. The machine couldn't stand the water heat and pressure and broke in my hands releasing hot pressured water which caused minor injuries. This incident happened after 8 months of using the machine.

I contacted Amazon to report the incident and ask for repair. Amazon told me to contact Wacaco directly to receive warranty service from them for the 2-year warranty I have. Wacaco then asked me for the invoice and I provided that and then they told me I had to request service from the local seller on Amazon and not them. After contacting the seller he told me to contact Wacaco again for warranty service. I have been trying to contact Wacaco ever since for 1 week now and they are just ignoring all my emails.

The Picopresso is not safe to use and the company support does not exist.

- Customer service is hard to reach.
- They do not respond fast.
- It can take them a couple of days to answer.
- They ignore the customer when they do not want to solve the issue.
- They do not honor the warranty.

Great for camping and trips away, longevity could be better

Had the Nanopresso for roughly 8 months and use it almost every day. Brilliant for camping and makes a better coffee than a French press.

It has recently had issues building pressure, a thorough clean seems to fix it but this has happened more often as time goes on. Despite this, it's still miles better and has lasted much longer than all other hand operated presses that I have purchased in the past.

Nanoesprensso can't be fixed or replaced

The nano espresso I bought in February 21, has a faulty pump. I asked support for any tips. The person dealing with me said they would provide a replacement of I could provide the original receipt. Toggle is the coffee machine was a present. I have them copies of the serial number and a the date it was scanned. All to no av as il. Their final response:

If you want to fix the machine, you will need to send the machine back to China.

No forwarding address, costs etc. The final line days it all. We have your money, good luck trying to make it work again.

I was very pleased with the product until it broke. Would I buy another, not now.

I am very disappointed with it

I am very disappointed with it, water gets cold immediately after you put it in the little container and the coffee pods don’t brake properly so the espresso it’s just water with some colour.
I thought it was a good idea the little portable coffee machine and I bought it with the intention to take it everywhere but It is very very expensive and it doesn't make an espresso coffee at all! Not even with ground coffee, tried all the ways and didn’t work, a real fiasco.

An Honest review

An Honest review. Got this tiny thing for my Birthday 2years ago. Thought it would break in 1year because...I tend to break things. Now 2years later, almost using it daily. Still working perfectly. Love the product, and so satisfied with the build quality.

Amazing tiny coffee maker

What an amazing little coffee maker. I am truly impressed with the design, size and most importantly the taste of the coffee. We bought it (30/04/2021) to use in our new Caravan for when we are on the go but I can see us using this little device at home too. The shipment was super fast and the customer service team responded the same day when we had a question. Honestly we can highly recommend and personally I would buy from the website instead of Amazon. Great offers too and a very competitive price. If you are a nespresso fan do buy the NS adaptor, also we are excited to go and try out some different brews with the Barista Kit.

Wacaco

I have purchased the Wacaco over a month ago and still have not received the item. Tried the helpline and support center. They are fobbing me off to contact the courier. The courier does not respond and imposing that they have tried to deliver the item, which is not true as I work from home and never receive any notification of them trying to deliver. I lost my money and have no product and Wacaco is not interested to resolve it. Avoid at all costs !!!!
