100% waste of my $14 dollar, I can't hear what the opposite person say, it's totally disappointing thing. I'm a paid customer, and they are not giving me the solution I paid for. I'll review it everywhere with 1star, because they are scamming people.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Vyke. My number isn’t being renewed and my account balance is not being updated, even though I’ve already tried multiple international and local cards. Instead of actually resolving the issue, they keep sending the same automated response every time.
It’s extremely frustrating because there is no real customer support, no proper troubleshooting, and no willingness to fix the problem. I’ve been left without service and without any helpful guidance.
I hope they improve their customer support and actually assist users instead of relying on automated replies.

I’m warning anyone thinking of buying from Vyke.

I bought a U.S. number to activate WhatsApp. Nowhere obvious during the process did it clearly say WhatsApp will NOT work with these numbers — only a hidden warning after you click buy. And after I paid, I found out the number is 100% useless for my needs.

I contacted support and their answer was basically: “You accepted the terms, it’s your problem now.”

No refund, no replacement, no real help. This is a scam-like business model — trick people into buying something that won’t work, then hide behind vague terms.

Don’t fall into this trap like I did.

I've had a virtual Vyke number since 2020 and genuinely couldn't live without it! I initially wanted a virtual UK number to use for gaming and online shopping - basically to reduce spam - but have used it for many more things over the years. It's been extremely useful in this age of TFA, since I can have the app installed on multiple devices and receive OTPs on more than one phone. I also use it to make international calls since the rates are so good. And if a device gets lost, I can quickly receive calls and messages through Vyke on another device. On occasion the call quality is poor / volume is low, but not enough to cause real trouble. I only wish more countries were available!

I am using USA number provided by vkye for last 10 months I didn't face any problem yet.

I sent an SMS from my vyke to my wife's vyke and it turned out that a fee was charged, it's a mockery of the customer, telling him that vyke to vyke is free.

I am not from the United States; I am from [Iraq] and I purchased a number from your app to use with Telegram for my studies and work. Unfortunately, when I attempted to register the number with Telegram, I was informed that the number was already associated with another Telegram account. As a result, I requested a refund, but instead, my account was banned.

In an effort to continue using your service, I purchased a second number, but again, I faced the same issue where I was unable to register it with Telegram. Once again, I requested a refund, and I received a response stating that my account was banned, questioning why I returned to purchase from you after my previous experience.

I have provided screenshots to demonstrate that I did not receive the verification code for Telegram, and I have been informed that the code would not reach me. It has now been three days since I submitted my refund request, and I have not received any response or resolution.

This situation has been very frustrating for me, especially since I feel that I am being penalized instead of having my issue resolved. I kindly ask for your immediate attention to this matter and for my refund to be processed.

Me and my friend we bought two numbers from this website but unfortunately before they completed six months both the numbers got removed and I couldn't use whatsapp then I Then I contacted them but they could not bring any success I lost my business deposit and my business was forced to close because I don't have whatsapp account So I think no one should buy this company number depending on big and futures

After purchasing the number, I did not claimed from here i.e. do not take subscription, they have expired my number and now this virtual number of mine was attached with many accounts but I told the customer support that I want this number returned, they said that it cannot be returned.of words you delete so many of my accounts and I am not able to get the verification code then reply me here I want that number back my.

Phone number is shared with other people.

When I first purchased, I called the number. Only for an old lady to pick it up, with a baby crying on the side

Next time I called, it did go to my voice mail.

& The next time, another guy picked up saying "give me 1 second", "I don't hear you bro"

I contacted support, with all proofs, with call recordings and screen recordings

First they said: it's just our voice mail, you are hearing it wrong.

Then they said: the phone number service you called isn't ours (???). It was theirs 100%. It's on the screen recording that I sent them

After that I asked their legal standing and wanted to know their terms of service regarding matter of breach. They immediately cancelled my phone number and refunded my order (even when I explicitly asked them not to)

Moral of the review, the number you get, other people are using it too. And other people will be using it when you stop subscription. So never use it for sensitive business activities. Someone else might just gain access to your account

Though their support was very quick, and their services are cheap. Only two good things I can say about this app

Dont take this service after while they will ask id proff of adress sutff like that just like police agents

I see a lot of people giving bad reviews but honestly everything works fine for me. Except for one thing that the line disconnects sometimes after 3-4 minutes which becomes very disappointing because those are business calls. The support is very good, No distortion no voice problems except for a few times. So overall I have a very good experience with Vyke.
