Best experience ever, perfect customer service, great product! I bought SE PRO , working amazing, Lexus dealership would like change me $460 + tax for new Fob , and after I get decided purchasing it, and viola new fob cost my less money + my scanner for everything

Very helpful company. Skilled engineers who can fix any issues you give them. Simplified all explanations for me to fix everything remotely. However 24 hour helpline would be useful but still 10/10 service overall.

I bought VCX SE device and its superb, functionality is great and I had very little issues (se last paragraph).

They are very helpful, customer oriented and responsive. Their support is great and you can chat with them in real time, i.e. over WhatsApp.

One should be careful with ambiguity in their descriptions as they seem to be translated and there is possibility for human error. Do take your time to ask their support to make sure your order and their product realizes your expectations.

Reason for not giving them full five stars is because I’m a customer based in Europe and would naturally expect companies doing business here follow EU customer protection regulations, unfortunately they don’t. Still my issue was resolved to my satisfaction considering, and I will continue a customer of theirs in the future.

Overall excellent to deal with. I Purchased SDD with all software and scanner with multi license. I had issues with setup ( this more a result of no manual on how to install & setup) but they provided very fast and friendly help with any problem discovered. All working well now and well worth the money. Will definitely buy again in the future

I am using VXDIAG AllScanner from 2017. It is super piece of hardware, working without any problems so far. After two years I have damage on USB cable from diag to PC. I contacted guys from VXDIAGSHOP and they promptly send me a new cable. This year they helped me with new software licences. Excellent support. Thank you very much.

I have been using their equipment for over 3 years. Everything works fine, no problem.
There were problems with the software, but the program ended up in my computer, technical support very quickly and efficiently helped to solve the problem.
