Sent me an obviously broken wiper…
Sent me an obviously broken wiper motor. Phoned 4 times and also emailed with photo - first time a polite lady said she would arrange a courier pickup - didn't happen - next 3 calls she would sort it out and phone back in 10 minutes - no returned phone calls or refund.
This "phone you back in 10 mins" seems their policy just to get customers off the phone line.
