The Company are providing a full…
The Company are providing a full renovation service including the removal of asbestos. This service is very difficult to find.
The team on site worked very hard in very hot conditions taking care to make sure the job was completed in full, with care for Health & Safety of themselves and the customer.
The finish was of a high spec and ticked all the boxes required for the job specification.
The site team listened to any requests and went over and above to make sure the requests were met.

More correspondence at the outset. Due to adverse weather conditions the work had to be re scheduled CLEARLY understand this but to let the customer know when the next date is made more clearly explained The work was completed to a good standard but a few finishing jobs were incomplete.

A brilliant experience, start to finish. Great paperwork, reasonable price, great conveyancing, great installers who did the job in blazing heat and answered every one of my questions. I would absolutely recommend giving them a call if you have an asbestos roof and their flyer comes through the letterbox.

Property damage caused that they won’t fix
Trying to get hold of someone to sort out the damage caused to my property during the works is impossible. I’ve had to endure rudeness from the High Wycombe branch manager and now I’m being ignored. I’ve tried emailing other people but as email addresses are not available I had to try and guess these but all have bounced back. I am now left with a damaged patio due to the installation team’s negligence and cannot get the company to take ownership of the problem. A company is only as good as its aftercare, and this company’s is appalling.

Leaking asbestos roof safely disposed of and the new roof looks great. The two operatives worked really hard in the searing heat to complete mine and our neighbour's adjoining garage in one day. They were also polite and courteous throughout. Thank you.

Good communication. Survey was a person as opposed to us sending photographs which we have come across before. Installers were brilliant. Jimmy, I think, and can’t remember the other guys name. Worked very hard and were aware of the concerns of neighbours when I told them. I am very grateful for this. Excellent job. Looks so much better and good to get it done. Process was easy for what could have been a difficult job. Xx
