Rahul Sharma, the owner of VRS design is a fraud. Takes fees for expedited shipment but does not fill orders.
Customer service does not reply. Buyers stay away u will get ripped by VRS and Rahul Sharma. This is not a US company and is not one u want to support.

I bought a iPhone case a while ago. It was my fault that I accidentally bought one for the iPhone pro max when I needed one for a regular iPhone 11. I tried to get in contact immediately, with all the details to solve the problem. This was in September, I still haven’t heard anything, tried to get in contact multiple times but it’s a deadline. I just want my money back at this point.

The case is great however, service is like talking to a brick wall. They dont reply or care if you have an issue. The delivery was late and nearing my 30 day return period. Theyre a joke, just buy from Spigen instead.

Purchased the Galaxy Z Fold 3 Kickstand case. The kickstand broke after 2 weeks of babying it. No response from VRS 5 days now, sent 2nd email today. After looking around the web I find most people have the same experience. Don't waste your money.

WARNING THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU NOTHING. After 16 days item has not been shipped although they send you shipping tracking shipping label created the carrier USPS are still awaitng item.

I ordered online the case with the bank card storage in the back. The shopping experience was great, the shipping was good too.
The issue is the quality of the case. It feels cheap. The difference between what you see on video and online....a very sleek aluminium case.... And when you get it , it's a cheap plastic... That difference is hugely disappointing

I will not buy again from VRS design

I would give 0 stars if possible since i have never had such an experience with online shopping before. I ordered a case months ago and although it was shipped, it never reached to me. If you wanna buy from them and live in Sweden, simply don’t buy it. Only thing guaranteed is minus money on your back account.

I bought a VRS Design iPhone 8 case through Amazon in September 2017. By January the bumper had snapped completely across the mute button. To be fair to VRS Design they did respond eventually through the Amazon link and having sent pictures they agreed to replace it. 5 stars to them. However, this replacement case lasted under 7 weeks before breaking in exactly the same place. I haven't dropped my phone or in any way damaged the case. VRS Design this time have ignored the emails sent via Amazon and they have also ignored my direct email to their support email address from their website. The case is not fit for purpose and VRS Design have a responsibility under consumer law to address my issues satisfactorily. As they are ignoring my contact I can only assume they seek to avoid taking any responsibility for their faulty product. If they do eventually respond I'll update my post. As of today, however, they only merit 2 stars because of their initial handling after the first case fell apart.
