At the end you should be able to withdraw your money. However this is NOT the case. Vrinsoft hold on to your money and give all excuses to why a withdrawal is not possible. I contacted the authorities and the fraud department who confirmed this is a job scam. They have since closed the platform as of September 2024 and may be operating in similar formats. Do not fall for it, you will lose all your money. When I tried to contact and resolve the issue they kept hanging up on my and was clearly not located in Canada as suggested.

Fake Testimonials: After getting fed up we did some reasearch and started reaching the testimonials mentioned on their homepage and contacted those brands. Vrinsoft boasted big-name endorsements on their site, but they were totally made up. Those famous brands confirmed as had zero connection with Vrinsoft. **Please do check this, so before you think about moving forward with Vrinsoft.**

Exploitative Practices: your lack of knowledge will be used as an advantage. If you do not have basic IT knowledge then do not fall into Vrinsoft trap because they will not leave any chance to ask for addtional cost and make commitments they can not fulfill.

Reviews posted by Interns: There is a huge number of interns this company is hiring and Most of the positive reviews our by interns So do not believe too soon.

Agreement: If your contract is not having a tiny word which is for you is ofcourse thing, they will ask for reevaluating project scope and add extra cost, so make sure you have deep pockets before you start the project with them. In your development period this will be a every second day issue.

Delevel importance: They will not even communicate and respond to our messages, emails, phone calls because you are only important until you have not signed contract and paid advance for project. Afterwards they will delevel your importance and will hunt for new clients for revenue growth.

Subpar Designs: they will design something completely beginner level and ask for addtional cost and efforts to get your desired design. This is there business strategy to earn more out of your project.

Our project was delayed by 2and half years and the blame game will be on yourside as they have no mentality of customer service and retaining a customer. There business is more of transactional. We ended up droping our business plan as our server credential as were compromised and costed us thousand of dollars.
