I had high expectations for this company since the reviews of the products, forum posts and their "Lifetime Warranty" were extremely appealing. I decided to order a midpipe from them for my BMW. Shipping did take a while, but after receiving it I installed it. It seems as if their Quality control is only with their pipes and not the hardware they also supply. No instructions, warnings, or recommended torque specs were given, so I assumed it's just a free for all. Two clamps immediately sheered while hand tightening them during the FIRST installation. I reached out to customer service with photos and explained to them that BOTH clamps broke at the weld points while trying to tighten them, which left me no choice but to clamp them really down and actually twist a clamp, to avoid a LOUD exhaust leak. After their "investigation", they deemed it my fault for over tightening (since they only looked at one photo and assumed both photos applied to one clamp) and refused to replace, discount, or even offer free shipping on a new pair of clamps. You can clearly see the failure point was at the little dot of a spot weld (only 4 hold down this piece of metal), a defect in the craftsmanship. Furthermore, although this ball clamp was labeled "VRSF", hardware doesn't apply to their lifetime warranty of defective VRSF products, which nowhere on the site states that either. They have now stopped responding to my messages. Buyers beware that their hardware is terrible and don't expect it to last long.

VRSF makes a quality product. I recently installed their downpipe on my BMW M550 product fit perfectly did not have to modify at all. Bolted on highly recommended.

I spent weeks trying to receive $30 gaskets, only for vrsf to email me the same response that didn’t help me at all. I emailed them about 7 times after they had lost the package. The first email told me it’ll take a couple of days then the next email told me 14 days. I had lost patience at this point and just asked for a refund as I would just buy oem ones that would only take a couple of days to arrive, only for them to email me back saying they can’t give me a refund for $30 gaskets even though they lost the package.

I bought a High Flow DP for my b58, the car sounds amazing. Turbos spool noticeably faster and defiantly pulls a lot harder. You do however have to separately purchase a downpipe gasket for about $25

I needed to grind a hanger on this pipe to be able to bolt it on to the engine. Even after that, it has major fitment issues on connection to the turbo it is not tight and from another side to another pice of intake pipe also is not tight enough, a hole for screws which hold both pipe together also in wrong position about 1/4-1/2. Depends on all of it, and it needs to worry about some debris that can squeeze at the bad connections. Probably, I will put back stock pipe.
