Great and quick customer service!!! Fast delivery too!! It's a pleasure to order at VOX.

Unfortunately, VOX Activewear has disappointed me. Their shades across items don't match, their size guide is in accurate, and their labels are sewn on really poorly. I wanted to return these items but was charged €18 for shipping - after just having paid shipping to receive them. I've contacted customer service twice and I am yet to receive a reply.

Firstly, I carefully consulted the sizing chart before making my selection, yet the sports bras I received are still too small, causing discomfort and inconvenience.

Secondly, upon closer inspection, I noticed that the stitching on the products appears to be of poor quality. It seems evident that the items were mass-produced, possibly from a supplier in China, with your branding added afterward. While I understand the nature of global sourcing, I expected a higher standard of craftsmanship.

Thirdly, I ordered a matching espresso sports bra and jacket with the intention of wearing them as a coordinated set. Unfortunately, the colors of the items do not match as expected, detracting from the overall aesthetic I had envisioned.

Fourthly, I was surprised to find that the jacket arrived without a tag attached, leading me to suspect that it may have been returned by a previous customer and then shipped to me. This lack of quality control is concerning and diminishes my confidence in the product's authenticity and condition.

Lastly, upon attempting to initiate a return due to these issues, I discovered that I would be required to cover the return shipping costs, amounting to an additional €18.

I have emailed customer service & I have not received a response.

The first and last time I ordered anything from here. I ordered clothing for the first time (in multiple sizes), but unfortunately, everything is too small for me and not comfortable. Unfortunately, I am unable to get my money back and they only offer a voucher. Unfortunately, this voucher is of no use to me as all items are out of stock or not available in my size. I expected a better customer approach and a bit of understanding, but it seems like this is just an easy way for them to make money!

I placed an order with Vox Activewear that included a pair of leggings and a top, and as a bonus, I received an additional top for free. During the payment process, I noticed a policy stating "refund to the original payment method," which was not applicable to sale items. Since I paid the full price for my legging and top and received a free item, I did not consider my purchase (the legging and top) sale items. When my order arrived, I discovered that an incorrect item had been sent. The sizes were also very small so I decided to return everything so I could order the right sizes and exchange the wrong item for the right one.

I didnt receive any confirmation or communication from Vox, so I took the initiative to contact them. It was not until two weeks later that I was informed my return had been received, and I was asked whether I wanted a refund in the form of a gift card or an exchange for other items. I requested a refund, but after receiving no response, I sent another email followed by a message through Instagram DM when I still received no reply.

Finally, on April 3, I was told that I would not receive a cash refund as my purchase was considered a 'sale' item, and was asked if I would instead like a gift card. Although I found this strange, since I did pay full price for the two items, I agreed to the gift card but have since not received any response.

It's April 23 now and I still haven't received my giftcard or any response for that matter.

I'm extremely disappointed by this and I will never order here again!

Delivery was really really fast even faster than brands in the US , since I am still on a trip haven’t tried them yet but I would post when I try them ❤️‍🩹

Best brand! I really love Christina and her socials, vox gave me confidence I never felt in any other gym clothing brand. It is truly inspiring, I always recommend it to my friends! Alex is the best in customer service and I appreciate this brand more than I can express.

It was my first order from Vox Activewear and my high expectations have been completely met! I order two long leggings, a short one and a sports bra. The material is strong, supportive and it doesn’t loosen after washing. The support is amazing and the fit is extremely flattering. I’m replacing all my activewear with products from this brand, cause it makes me feel more confident at the gym and it does its job! I’ve even received a discount code with my first order, I 100% recommend Vox Activwear.
