I've been using VoucherCodes since they started and they have helped me in so many ways and they have special days every few months and you get vouchers and so many to choose from . At Christmas you get extra. They are my go to place to check first before ordering

Just earned another voucher from the VIP this month absolutely love it.

It is always a great way to save money or get a voucher for money off when you are going to shop at selected retailers.If you are going to make a purchase anyway i would definitely recommend going through voucher codes.

Discounts and extra gift voucher offers. I Always try to remember to check here before ordering something. Love the vip too. The app is easy to use but doesn’t always track well but the team are usually very good at helping with that if it doesn’t manage to track.

UPDATE 01/07: Customer Experience Manager Tunde personally stepped in, apologised for the front-line agent's mistake, and admitted they tested the wrong code. He has fully credited my account with the £25 VIP voucher. Excellent escalation and response from management to put things right.

I am a VoucherCodes VIP member and am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. I submitted a valid Code Guarantee claim with full proof of purchase on Wednesday 17th June at 01:57 AM to both help@ vouchercodes.co.uk and claims@ vouchercodes.co.uk. Your email explicitly states a reply will be sent within 7 working days. That deadline has passed with zero real help.Instead, agent Rahul Kumar completely ignored my evidence and tested a completely different, later code to falsely reject my VIP claim. I have since emailed clear screenshot proof showing that the "BIRTHDAY" 25% off voucher was advertised on your platform with zero listed exclusions or terms for orders over £30. My JD Williams footwear order was £125.99 and strictly met all criteria.Rather than escalating this to a supervisor, Rahul lazily marked my ticket as "solved" ahead of the weekend to dodge my appeal and sent an automated feedback link. This matter is NOT resolved. As a VIP member, this level of service is disgraceful. I demand a manager re-opens this ticket immediately and issues the £25 VIP gift card I am rightfully owed under your guarantee terms.

Update: I have looked closer at the rejection email. The code Rahul Kumar used to 'prove' the voucher worked doesn't even match ANY of the 25% codes that were live on the page on June 17th! The agent literally tested an entirely different, random code just to find an excuse to reject a VIP customer. Absolutely fraudulent service."

great offers and savings have been made using the website. i thoroughly recommend vouchercodes. along with the savings they also give vouchers that can be used at several high st stores. takes about a month to verify but usually come through with the goods. any problems can be sorted by contacting the vouchercodes team.

I love VoucherCodes but it's becoming more frequent that the deals you register for don't always appear and I'm having to chase up.When it works it's great but the chasing up isn't great.

Been using Voucher Codes for a few years now and on the whole I had enjoyed it

I don't agree with the policy of 1 account per household but once they stung us with that we immediately closed the other account at the address

The VIP programme was good, You could get £25 in gift cards each month by placing 10 orders with a minimum spend of £5 each - Every 2 purchases got you a £5 gift card

When I saw them advertising on the TV I thought it won't be long before they make things worse for those of us who have supported them in the earlier days and I was right. A few days before the end of May I got an email saying - Minimum spend for the £5 gift cards on 2 shops was increasing from £5 to £15 on 1st June - 200% worse so instead of spending a minimum of £50 to get £25 they now expect you to spend £150 to get £25- doesn't sound so good does it. - the email ends - We remain committed to helping you make life more affordable, and value your VIP membership. - really? I don't think so. I won't be participating in any spend x and you might get x reward events again as its limited to 100 people and we have no way of knowing how many slots they have left

Whilst I was able to I maxed out most months as we all knew it wouldn't last, now they have more customers and profits to increase for shareholders etc

I've had countless issues with transactions not tracking even though I go through the same process each time. its almost like they hope you won't notice so they don't have to cough up but unfortnately for them I know exactly what I've done and then have to submit a forwarded order receipt for every transaction missing each month - not that I will have to do that much in the future

Agree about the very slow responses to emails. it takes nearly 2 weeks now. clearly another casualty of the rapid increase in customers but when they do reply it is often a swift resolution to the problems

They used to pay out gift cards as and when you qualified and I'm not a fan of them shifting to a 25th of each month release

It would be handy if on the VIP shop page you showed the original order value as its impossible in the current set up for me to know which order from x tracked and which order also from x did not

Back in December they had a VIP promotion where the first 200 people to make 10 purchases would get a bonus £25 that month on top of their usual £25. I became aware of this on 3rd December and by the 4th Id placed 10 low cost orders - half the orders did not track so it took a further 2 weeks for them to be added to my account - Surprise Surprise that when it came to paying up I was told id just missed out - how convenient and unfair. That left a bad taste and now the 200% loyalty scheme reduction won't be making me rush back here in future. - The banner on the site remained through most of December which was misleading as clearly people would have no chance on the 10th December if it was all gone by 4th Decemeber

Like others have said most codes don't work but I find all voucher code sites are the same. I've only used a code from here a handful of times

I also notice that they only bother to reply to 5 star reviews but don't let it fool you, its either autogenerated or someone just copies and pastes the same response each time

Frustrating service

As usual VoucherCodes service is very good as careful consideration is given to any queries. I usually make orders successfully but, occasionally a hiccup occurs which is solved/rectified by staff. Thank you
