Had them do some alterations to my £2,500 system and they f***ed it up over and over again. Shocking welds and welded the tips on wonky. No joke i went back 3/4 times to have bits redone that were wrong or poorly done.

Basically ruined my system, and made it worthless, and the customer service to try and fix the issue was absolute garbage. I know have a bodge job, wonky tipped, pigeon poop welded exhaust with black spray paint over the welds

I bought a Vortex exhaust for my Disco 2 about ten months ago. They sent me the wrong exhaust system, they sent me one for a Landrover Defender thinking it was the same. As I say, that was ten months ago (Nov 2022) and they still haven’t sorted it or made any effort to.

Apparently they hadn’t done a Disco 2 before! I even offered to drive all the way over so they can copy my exhaust but they said they’ve had problems with their car lift or had a fire or something and just keep fobbing me off saying they’re waiting for a local garage to give them a slot. But if they really gave a damn there are many other ways around the problem without using a car lift, they’re just lazy and pathetic and can’t be bothered.

I now have a brand new vortex exhaust system sitting in my garage that is absolutely useless. I may have to just ask for my money back.

Quite frankly I am sick of phoning them and on the rare occasion I get through, which is nearly impossible, hearing them say they’re doing the best they can and months go by and they do NOTHING! Not even a phone call to update me or apologise! I wouldn’t give them the time of day right now! They are totally unprofessional, unhelpful and useless.

I wish that I had never come across this bunch. Unprofessional, unethical, uncaring bunch of Liars. After 18 months of non stop let downs and excuses I have decided to write off the £440 they owe me and instead go public. Do not expect any level of customer service from them, they do not know what that means. I have in writing that they agreed to refund me but they have reneaged on their promise. Instead by going public I suspect that they will lose fast more than what they owe me. Steer clear folks.

Absolute shocking job!!! Had to take my van back 4 times and they still haven’t rectified their shoddy workmanship! The tips are wonky, they have snapped numerous brackets and the welding looks like it has been catapulted on! The exhaust bangs every time I go near a bump in the road and they don’t seem to have the skills to do a proper job! Taken money and refused to rectify the issues.

Their exhausts really do make a difference. Pulls from lower down and so freeflowing at top end. MPG is up as well (as their claims) and without trying too hard. Would highly recommend. They really take time to explain how it works and what they are going to do based on what you are after. Very quiet for a performance exhaust as well. NO silly pops!!
