I purchased a beautiful set of earing's which I love. The clasp on one earing was defective so I contacted customer service. They asked me to take a picture so they could instruct me further. When I did they immediately told me a new pair will be sent out. A day later I got an email saying they are on their way. This is fabulous customer service & their product is superb.

This company is the BEST in every way. They not only make the best jewelry that looks exactly as they advertised but also have the best customer service. I have bulgur SEVERAL pieces including some that I asked to be custom made and I couldn’t be happier! I recommend them

DO NOT BUY FROM ITS A SCAM. Returned item as it looked different from website, they were communicating about refund but never happened, then just completely dropped off the face of the earth. Been months now. DO NOT BUY

Formal Complaint & Request for Immediate Resolution

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order.

Despite multiple attempts to contact you, I received no meaningful response until I was forced to raise a dispute. At that point, I was contacted — not with a resolution — but with a request to cancel the dispute, which is not acceptable.

For clarity, it has now been 20 days since placing the order, with delivery now suggested to take up to 42 days, which was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

To date, only one item has been received, and I have not been provided with any clear or consistent explanation regarding the remaining items. The tracking information supplied has been unreliable and does not accurately reflect the status of the shipment.

I have cancelled the outstanding items and expect this matter to be resolved in line with my statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, particularly in relation to goods not received within a reasonable timeframe.

Given the lack of communication and failure to deliver the full order, I am requesting an immediate resolution and refund for the outstanding items.

If this matter is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate the dispute to a formal chargeback and submit a detailed report, including all correspondence, to the relevant consumer protection and payment authorities.

I trust this will not be necessary and look forward to your prompt response. FedEx arrived at 13.10 on the 15/04 with order which I refused. I took picture of him and he simply said the parcel will be returned to sender. Lets see if all the harassment emails stop and my is refunded. I have forwarded the info and picture to company ...so lets see if they refund the money.

I have bought at least 12 rings from Voogmechic for myself and for close friends. The rings are durable, waterproof but most of all look like real diamonds. I always get compliments on the sparkle and the craftmanship. I have been purchasing from Voogmechic for 2 years and I recommend them to everyone. Competitive pricing, amazing discounts, excellent quality, communication and postage speed. Voogmechic has really changed how I view investing thousands and thousands of dollars on diamonds and even lab grown diamonds when I can have the same thing for little over $100 when there is a discount.

Terrible !!! Scam website!! Do not order. I placed order for a gift almost 1k. It said 2 weeks delivery. It’s been over 8. I still never received I’ve emailed. Still no credit. BEWARE

Valuable jewelry, delicate and sparkling. Love it. Great company.

Placed Order 4900229285 on January 17th for the Nadine Square Wrap Moissanite Hoop Earrings for vacation. The estimated shipping on the order was 12-20 days. The earrings arrived within the estimated timeframe.

I was so excited to wear my new earrings. I went out to breakfast on 2/6 and lost 1 earring within 2 hrs of wearing them. Luckily, the restaurant found the earring in the chair cushions, so I immediately reached out Voogmechic customer service 2/9 regarding the earring’s loose clasp. I was informed that silver is a soft material, and it was not a quality issue. I was shocked by the response considering I other silver pieces with years of durability.

On 2/10, Voogemechic sent me instructions to fix the clasp myself.

On 2/12, I made a second request for a refund, and tha’ts when customer service stopped responding.

UPDATE: on 2/27/26, Voogemechic, contacted me and offered to replace the earrings. I received the new earrings on 3/12/26. The earrings are beautiful and the clasps are secure. I am quite satisfied with the outcome.

Customer Support was terrific, they kept me informed each time I had a query. I’ve received my order and absolutely love it. I only wish that the maisonette stones were larger on the earrings and ring that I ordered. Nonetheless it’s beautiful

The item that I ordered was defective, Stones fell out a few days after I received it, and the company would not refund my money! They kept jerking me around trying to get me to order another piece from them. When I told them I did not want to order anything else they sent some document stating that even though my item was reported well within the time frame designated they still would not refund the money. The shipping time was extremely long, even though I paid for expedited shipping. They always claim that they are manufactured per order but anyone with half a brain knows that's not the case. Now I am waiting for a replacement piece and it's already been almost a month. I would recommend not purchasing anything from this company
