May God prevent you from having to deal…
May God prevent you from having to deal with this company when you get hit by one of their clients! The expert was very prompt and sent us the expertise within 2 days, while this insurance haven’t done anything for almost 2 weeks now. Told me it is because I have foreign license plates and they have to reach I don’t know what authority when in reality my insurance company and my national authorities have no jurisdiction here as their client hit me and caused a total loss on the Dutch territory!! We just have to receive the money, which seems to be delayed for God knows what reason!! Asking them what are you exactly waiting for, the employee answer: we don’t know exactly!!! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?? I asked for any contact so I could solve the issue further with my national authorities as they claim, they don’t have any! Lies after lies not to pay people their money!!!
