I AM CONSTANTLY IGNORED BY THIS COMPANY!!! I HAVE TRIED CALLING SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY SAY NO-ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH. I HAVE EVEN BEEN HANGED UP ON!! THEY SAY SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH WILL CALL BACK BUT THEY NEVER DO. I WILL KEEP FLOODING YOU WITH HUNDREDS OF TICKETS EVERY DAY UNTIL YOU ANSWER!!! ALSO GET MORE ENGLISH SPEAKING STAFF!!!

Its a scam company they charged me for one year and told me that they will get back to me but they not even texting me back now and i havent even lived there yet. The district managers name is sven ehlert a complete scam be aware. Im gonna make sure the whole company falls

The application is designed very good, it have a comfortable work flow, but the inbox was not working very good during my experience of working with Vonovia application. If the problem of application performance be solved, everything will be in the best condition.

Vonovia’s communication with Tenant is very very bad. It’s almost 3 days I have contacted Vonovia to get some details regarding my apartment. Every time I called they said we don’t know anything and cannot help. House Master is not replying. Since I have signed the contract I did not even get any information regarding electricity contract, I called Vonovia for this too. Created ticket on Vonovia APP but still no update. I am very upset on this. 😔
