I have good and positive experience with Volunteer World, a leading volunteer organisation which support social projects and best volunteers who help us in our programs

I have been working with VW for the last 3 years and it has been an amazing experience. They have really made a big difference to support our good causes!

As International Napoli Network, we are happy to partner with Volunteeer World. We appreciate in particular 2 things: they have an ethical approach about the volunteer experiences uploaded by the organizations (for i.e. they don't accept placements with children or minor for a period less than 4 weeks). The second thing it's that they allow us to be in charge for the selection process and let us and the volunteers agree about services, start date, etc... this makes more customizable the experience and create a better match between the 2 sides!

Volunteer World It is the most reliable platform I have ever known, they are responsible and very honest, I have a period of 3 years to collaborate with them and I hope to continue our relationship for many more years. Our Volunteers always complete the registration in a very satisfactory way. For me a 100% rating.

I spent two incredible weeks at Paseo de los Monos and I will not forget this experience. If you want to live everyday with monkeys, doing very useful activities, in the Amazonian forest, this place is made for you. Moreover, you will have the chance to live with an Ecuadorian family.

This experience was amazing.

We are a wildlife conservation project in Costa Rica, we have worked mainly with sea turtles for more than 12 years, it was until approximately 5 years ago that we met volunteerword, from that moment our association was able to grow, we hired more locals and we were also able to develop more social programs in the communities where we are working, we did this thanks to the support of Volunteerword without them we were able to make this possible, through this platform the volunteers will be sure that they will have support and attention, in addition to the projects described on the platform go from the hand with the ideals of the people in charge

These people help you to design an attractive project, train you how to communicate with potential applicants and ensure that you stay in touch with them through Volunteer World's weekly digest. Volunteer World is one of the most Organized volunteer recruiting platform I have ever seen in the the years I have worked with Volunteer recruiting Platforms.

I really love their work.

The communication with the organisation wasn't easy because not all questions were answered properly. At the same time there was less support from Volunteerworld to foster the communication with the organisation. They didn't take the time to understand the problem completely so their answers were barely helpful.
Moreover the price on the organisation website was different (because of two factors) from the Volunteerworld prices (and Volunteerworld makes actually advertising with a so called "Best Price Guarantee"). Volunteerworld wasn't able to resolve the pricing difference completely, only one factor.
That wasn't a nice customer experience. I won't use that platform again to book such a trip. It's easier to just book it directly.

i do not recommend them due to the covid virus i belive they should refund deposit not offer flex option. no matter how many times i ask its automatic flex option response

Best customer support! I lost my phone and laptop on the way to Costa Rica and thought I'd not be able to find the way. With the help of the volunteer world team I was able to get in touch with Luque and managed to get all my stuff back! Thanks guys!

This is a great site that allows you to organise to visit volunteering projects with confidence. I booked on a free project in Hanoi, Vietnam and it was very easy. It is great that you can ask the project questions before booking and then the application process is super easy! Will use again
