worst possible service and shippments
still after 6 months did not got my order
they took 90 euro for shipment and they shipped it in regular garbage shipment
their answers is to wait a little more
called the service support several times, sometimes I got disconnected (I don't know the reasons) and sometimes I got answer that I need to wait little more.
this kind of behavior looks like scam so I don't know how the rate in trust pilot is so high
I don't recommend doing business with this company at all
I am going to buy those exact items from other places because I Cant wait anymore
i have letter from the post office company that they lose the package and they will pay the damage but only to DHL and voltus.de would not take my calls
its defiantly scam!!!!

A very good EU web shop for electrical gadgets from cheap nonbrands to expensive premium stuff. Very good assortment of Gira products ie.
Two things leaves a fifth star out. The fact that the e-shop still only speaks German natively (the Google auto translations are often really lame) and that the responsive web design is not fully up to par with the best.

Very bad handling of the purchase of a good that was not delivered.
After 14 days the good did not arrive they proposed to wait for 2 more working days. After 18 days, the goods were still not there, I had to call, and they proposed for me to buy again the good from them.
As I did not accept, they proposed to call me back. as far no call back. at 16h00, they do not receive any call ...
