Following issue of SOS emergency call alarm is coming after the 3.8 software update done . i have seen in the social media ID3 owners across all country have faced this issue after the update . one of my colleague who got this this issue in his car as been fixed by service center as issue from VW as its common issue noticed with many customers.
But the VW Odense charged me 1274kr for fixing this issue which is very annoying . due to VW software issue customer is been asked to pay for that. i would like to get this reimbursement done as its VW issue.
This is is making lot of questions in me do i need to go with VW in long term to continue.

1. Left wheel was punctured when I first saw the car with salesperson.
2. The car aircondition system was not functioning correctly( blowing warm air in summer time) a few weeks after I received the car. I will have to visit workshop many times because it kept coming the same problem.
3. The rest of the car is perfect.

This workshop gave me one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Back in July, I paid 1000 kr for a diagnosis of my infotainment screen issue. Instead of telling me directly that the screen needed replacing, they decided on their own to update the software — which of course did not solve the problem.
When I returned, not only was the issue still there, but my car had even more problems. Their own staff admitted they couldn’t fix it, yet they still expected me to pay additional bills. This is unacceptable. Why wasn’t I told at the time of diagnosis that the screen needed to be changed? Why was I misled into paying for work I didn’t request?
This is poor customer service, misleading communication, and inappropriate billing. I will not pay for services that did not fix the issue, and I strongly warn others to avoid this workshop.

I bought a VW T-Roc 2020 believing I was investing in a reliable, well-engineered vehicle. Unfortunately, at just over 43,000 km, the car developed a fault in the intake manifold related to the water cooling system — an issue I would not expect from a vehicle this new and lightly used.
I contacted Volkswagen with all the necessary documentation, hoping for support under warranty or at least a goodwill solution. Sadly, I was informed that the issue wouldn’t be covered and no compensation or concrete support was offered — only the option to proceed with repairs at my own expense.
This has been a disappointing experience. I had chosen VW for its reputation for durability and quality, but this situation has made me question that decision. I expected more accountability and care from a brand of this standing.
I sincerely hope Volkswagen reconsiders how it handles such cases in the future.

Jeg købte en VW T-Roc årgang 2020 i tillid til, at jeg investerede i en driftssikker og velbygget bil. Desværre opstod der allerede ved 43.000 km en alvorlig fejl i indsugningsmanifolden i bilens vandkølingssystem – en type problem man ikke forventer i en så ny og velholdt bil.
Jeg kontaktede Volkswagen med al relevant dokumentation og håbede på støtte gennem garantien eller som minimum en goodwill-løsning. Desværre fik jeg at vide, at problemet ikke kunne dækkes, og der blev ikke tilbudt nogen form for økonomisk kompensation – kun muligheden for at få reparationen udført for egen regning.
Det har været en skuffende oplevelse. Jeg valgte VW netop på grund af mærkets omdømme for kvalitet og pålidelighed, men denne situation har desværre ændret mit syn på det. Jeg havde forventet mere ansvarlighed og kundeservice fra en producent i denne klasse.
Jeg håber oprigtigt, at Volkswagen fremadrettet vil tage sådanne sager mere alvorligt.

One of the worst workshop you can ever find in Denmark. They did nothing right in my current inspection booking. They forgot to change my winter tires and gave me a date for 1,5 month later even though i have a written confirmation from them. Then i asked if it was ok for me to get a car for free for the 2nd time i need to come since it was not my fault and the arrogant service assistant there said “You cannot get a free car just because there was a mistake”. And the worst part was he was rude and aggressive - didnt even apologize for his behaviour later on. Only after i searched for the manager one of the more experienced person stepped in and offered me a free car for one day - but the damage was already done. They also said the service would take 2-3 hours before booking and today they said it will take around 8 hours and currently it is more than 10 hours and i still didnt get a message that my car is ready.
I was really planning to buy an ID7 there since i was their customer for many years and now i will change my service to another workshop and will not even consider getting a VW. But i will not stop here, i will see if i can even inform their HQ about the way how this place treats their loyal customers will for sure try to find a way to reach their customer service center.
If you are smart, stay FAAAAAR FAR away from this horrible place since they dont understand what loyalty and good customer service means. They will mess up your orders, wont be able to fix anything properly (since my car’s touchscreen randomly shuts down still after multiple “check-ups” and they will try to charge you for their mistakes…
