Hannah for the win
After multiple calls and hours of disastrous communication and no resolution with the customer support over a missing order that was made online, I finally got help in the shop. Hannah was amazing, helpful and nice. She got the customer support to do what they were supposed to do to begin with. Again, the order was made online, the customer support was useless, and she sorted out what herself or the shop essentially had nothing to do with. That's customer care, thank you Hannah
