Popped into Vodafone, Northampton today, 2nd April. Spoke to Kate. What a lovely lady. She listened and helped me find a plan that met my requirements. She was extremely knowledgeable. Kate explained the process well and made sure I understood. A very kind and caring member of staff in this Northampton branch. Gesu was incredibly helpful!
Gray really made my visit to the Vodafone store in Northampton both a seamless and pleasant experience. She went above and beyond to ensure she found me the best deals and ensured my second phone was also in date for SIM. I had had some technical problems with my direct debit and had been manually paying through the app, Gesu ensured this was all sorted out and put through the correct account.
