Really helpful knowledgeable staff who went above & beyond to find me a phone that met my requirements.
Their store manager Pavel was absolutely charming.

Went in with a problem with my sim card…
Went in with a problem with my sim card not showing as being registered on the network. Mathew, checked my phone and sorted me out a new sim card. He also got me onto a 50% discounted deal. Very polite and very helpful to us older customers.

Went into see about a new SIM deal, Jake was amazing he was very helpful and informative, done his very best and got us a real good deal, excellent customer service, polite and very patient with us as we are not tech savvy, the coverage from vodaphone is far better than others, well worth going in and checking them out
