The whole deal was sorted within half an hour. My thanks should be conveyed to him and he should be rewarded. His customer services was exceptional. I’ve been in twice before and sadly I was not impressed by the other members of staff.

Appalling service
Appalling service. Having been on a plan for years I went in to see what was available at a better price. Despite me explaining my concerns they put my son on a cheaper plan with limited data. 4 months later my son has son run out of data twice. It costs me an exorbitant amount to pay for extra data. When I went in to the store to try and sort out the plan I was told they couldn’t and I had to phone their main call line to sort it out. Absolutely awful service, mis-selling of the plan and puts my young son in a difficult position trying to not run out of data at university. And then they say they can’t help. Today I heard the same person who miss-sold me the plan telling another customer it’s always better to have too much than run out!! Absolutely unbelievable. There’s no customer care or accountability. I will leave Vodafone as soon as I can.
