The staff in this branch in Coleraine have always been and continue to be so helpful and friendly every time I visit the store.
They cover all my options with patience and understanding as I am not as confident with technology as some would be.
I have been with Vodafone for 22 years because of the customer service I receive and the quality of both the network and broadband. They always treat me with respect and I feel like a valued customer.
