I was charged $40.14 for a set of earplugs
with fantastic sound. After a suspicious day of non-contact with the vendor, I tried to delete the order. As of today, I have no further contact or notice for refunds . sTILL WAITING FOR POWERFUL BLUETOOTH5.4 OPEN EAR EARBUDS

I finally received my order having requested to cancel it. Sudden it was on its way to me. Perhaps a way to get your order if you haven't received it yet? I waited six weeks or something ridiculous. I managed to get someone to reply to me on the chat, and asked about returning part of the order to receive a refund, I was told this was fine. I emailed them to inform them of my intention to return to cover myself on their "cancellation" policy. I sent it back tracked, so I know it arrived, but nothing. No answer to daily emails, no answer on chat, no answer on Instagram or the phone number they have on Instagram.

I ordered two weeks ago. Nobody answer my emails, messages and calls. I would like to have my package as soon as possible since I paid for the 7-10 days worldwide delivery, but I think that is impossible.
Very bad service. I hope that the product will be good.

It’s nearly been 3 weeks and I still haven’t had any updates to what the status of my order is. I’ve read one comment that says the medium doesn’t fit like the picture shows. Getting a little worried as to if my order will ever show up and if it does whether or not it will actually fit me. I’ve messaged them on Facebook, Instagram and emailed them. No response so hopefully they see this. But then again, not going to hold my breath. Please respond!

I wrote a review in Nov 2018 that I ordered a sweater and it never came. Fast forward 7 months and numerous messages back and forth, the sweater arrived. Material is poor and it is awfully small for a medium. They advertised it as oversized and it is not. The sweater will go straight to “donation”. Needless to say, I will never order from them again.

Ordered from VNTCH before checking their reviews on here, and obviously i had major concerns. From the majority of reviews I could see there was major issues with customer service and delivery times, However as I had paid via paypal, deep down I wasn't worried. Let me tell you when i received my items within 3 weeks from order date, Germany to London, I was beyond pleased and impressed. The quality of hoodies and jeans are unreal, I couldn't believe how comfortable the hoodies and jeans were, the cut and fit was top notch as good as any of designer jeans i own.

From my experience i was patient and was rewarded with high quality so be aware you may not get next day delivery but you will receive top quality.

My first order of pants is last September 2018. I received it before Christmas. December 2018. Then the second pants that I ordered was October 2018. I received it this month , January 2019. So that is the time frame you're going to wait for your ordered. And I used Klarna as my method of payment. That is my experience on this Website VNTCH.

Bought one item before received it and like it. Now I bought another been 2 weeks nothing dont even reply to Customer Service.

Edit: it does say up to 21 day its been 14 but still. Reply to customer service. They reply more here than their customer service.
