Excellent service at a great price. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were incredibly polite. My move from a three‑bed house to a cottage was completed in two trips, and I was in by early afternoon. Highly recommend — Sam is professional yet personal.

Amazing experience with VMS removals. I couldn’t praise this company more highly. Sam was quick to get in touch after my initial enquiry. I booked VMS for a house move initially just for the large furniture items. I’d decided as I was only moving 3 miles to my Dads house I would move the smaller items myself. It quickly became clear on the day that I’d accumulated far more things than I’d appreciated and the task to get them packed and the number of trips it would take in my car looked virtually impossible. But I needn’t have worried. In stepped Stef and the team to get everything packed and moved for me, working late into the evening to get it all done. They were so efficient at packing and everything was protected. I had some very heavy items, including a piano, but nothing was a problem. I was so pleased I had gone for the service to take apart and reassemble the furniture. They did this in minutes which would have taken us hours. They also took a large sideboard away to charity for me which 4 other people had let me down on. If I needed anything moving again I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company. Next time though I’d book them to take everything and also go for the packing service. It seemed an opportunity to save money by taking it myself but next time I will definitely leave it to the professionals. Thanks guys so much for going the extra mile and saving the day.

From the moment of contacting VMS Removals via their website, Sam was in touch on the same day to talk about what I was looking for. Originally it was a house move of everything but the furniture from my parents house to a storage unit. After talking to Sam in more detail, in the end this involved taking more boxes/items than originally talked about, items to charity when we were let down by another company coming to pick them up (Large pieces of furniture etc) and also 3 bags full of shredding! A one stop shop and all done on the same day, a week and a half after my initial contact.

This was an extremely emotional move for me as I was clearing the house due to my mum passing away and my dad moving into a care home and I was already quite stressed. But Stef and Phil couldn't have been more friendly and professional and their packing of a van is amazing the amount of stuff they could get in! Everything reached the right place and it all went very smoothly!

I would highly recommend to anyone I talk to who needs a similar service without hesitation! Thank you so much!

VMS, managed by Sam really do deliver an excellent service.
From a quick response to needing a quote, flexibility on dates, packing to a high standard and the actual move being very well organised, we can't fault the whole experience.
We had a large move requiring 5 men and 4 vans, the new house had access issues but Sam and his team stepped and provided an additional 2 men to complete the move.
With a move of this size, there was a couple of minor breakages which Sam replaced without question.
On the VMS website it states "providing an exceptional and extensive service where customer satisfaction must be paramount", these are not just words, VMS delivered for us.

From the day Sam came to quote us for our move, they were so professional. He team of 4 arrived, Joe, Ellis, Sammy and Rudens, outstanding, made it look easy, which we know it’s not! Nothing was too much trouble and they just grafted all day. Well done Sam and the team!

VMS are a brilliant team of guys, very professional, happy, plenty of laughs to help relieve our stress and very polite, nothing is too much trouble for them. They emptied our house swiftly and hoovered up before leaving the property. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone moving home.

We used Sam and the team to move house. We have moved many many times and have honestly not met such a friendly, hardworking, professional team. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent right from the first visit to the actual move.
On packing and moving day, the guys didn't stop, they just kept going until everything was sorted. I cannot praise them enough, and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks Sam, Joe, Phil Brad AKA Sydney and Dan, you guys are awesome!

A brilliant service from start to finish, from the quote to the day clearing rubbish from my garden, both chaps completely hands-on, and did a sterling job with some very heavy items to dispose of. I would highly recommend this company, Reece and the other chap (sorry I’ve forgotten his name) were great. Good prices too.

I used Sam and his company for waste management unfortunately his company was unavailable to move me as the sale of my property completion date kept moving and Sam and his team were unfortunately fully booked .
I messaged Sam some pictures of what I needed clearing and within a few hours I received a quote this was all done on a Friday afternoon and I said to Sam I am happy with the quote when can you come and clear the waste away and Connor and Joe arrived by midday the next day and cleared a lot of wood / paint pots gas bottles etc very promptly. Connor and Joe were amazing friendly / polite / respectful of my property . Sam from day one also showing how great his company is by being well communicated and delivering great customer service . Thank you Sam , Connor and Joe I highly recommend vms removals .

Excellent service from start to finish! From Sam coming to give a quote, to moving day. The team of lads on the day were quick to, efficient and respectful of our life going into the back of the vans!! Seriously couldn’t recommend these guys enough!!

The only thing to say about these guys is "WOW" from initial contact with Sam to then dealing with his team of guys on the day the whole experience was amazing, they have to be the happiest, most efficient and professional guys around, the prices are great and the service is impeccable, if your looking to move or have waste removed these are definitely the guys to call

Absolutely brilliant service from initial quote through to the removal. Took away all stress, very competitive and an amazing friendly team helping us move over 2 days. Can't say enough. Thanks guys for all the hard work. I only helped and carried a few items and still managed 35000 steps each day 😀

We used VMS for our house move within a similar area and Sam and the team were brilliant from start to finish.
Everyone was super friendly and professional and overall made a very stressful experience a bit less stressful.
They were easy to contact, punctual and professional.
All of our movers, but especially Nick, were so lovely, we were really glad we chose VMS for our move. Their prices are reasonable and they even swept and hoovered up when we left the old house!
