Such an amazing and versatile tool, one of many to let users enjoy their files on any platform! I'd always wanted to be able to read iBooks on a Kindle or Nook, and now I can! The flexibility this rare and valuable software provides is definitely a game changer. Big thanks to ViWizard for creating this!

ViWizard is an absolutely amazing service. I had been looking for weeks at ways to download my Spotify songs without having a Spotify premium membership and this is by far the best service to do so out there. I tried all the web browser downloaders and apps all of which claim to convert and download the audio files at high quality levels but none of them did. But then I found ViWizard and I was able to really easily and quickly download a whole playlist with every song correctly named and with their corresponding Artist, release date, album and cover art. It is just brilliant. This service does exactly what you need it to do, downloading the entire song at a very high quality and you can even change the audio file to suit whatever you want. I will be using this service for life it genuinely has everything you would want for downloading your songs, playlists, albums and artist. 10/10

Very useful tool to take back your audiobook library. Being able to have a standard audio file allows much more flexibility compared to being locked into using the Audible app

ViWizard is seriously useful. I use it all the time to download my Spotify playlists, and it works smoothly. It’s great being able to keep the songs I love in MP3 format and play them wherever I want, even offline. It keeps the quality and the track info, which is a big plus. If you're like me and want to actually own your playlists, ViWizard just makes it easy. Highly recommend for any heavy Spotify user.

Can you please put back the option that you can choose 1x speed to avoid detection. Greatly appreciated!

I'm using it since a long time
I was prefering the other app based version, because it had better audio quality conversion.
But overall i continue to use it because the quality of the web based version is acceptable.

My suggestion for the viwizard team is to restore the app based version, i was really in love with it!

I’ve been using ViWizard Streaming Audio Recorder along with their Spotify and Audible converters for a little while now, and honestly, I’m super impressed. Right off the bat, these tools are extremely user-friendly.. like you don’t need to be techy at all. I mostly used the Spotify converter and now switch to the All-inone converter.

I appreciate is the interface. clean, simple, and its also fairly stable software.

Yeah, there’s occasional minor glitches, like once or twice the app froze, but nothing restarting didn’t fix in like 2 seconds. Overall, it’s been solid. Totally recommend ViWizard if you wanna get full control over your audio and listen offline without any hassles. Really glad I found it!

Great Software that works as advertised. Their website has good tutorials. And when I was stuck with sth not covered. Support was very helpful and answered quickly.

It's a great software and the support team respond very fast and they are nice and efficient.

As a technologically-challenged person, I was leary of even trying this. However, it went pretty smoothly and even when I did run into a snag, their customer service department responded quickly and helped me figure out what I missed (to be clear, the "snag" was 100% on me, NOT Vi Wizard!)

I've bought the license for the wrong product because I went through the payment a little bit too fast. However after I wrote an email to the support they changed the license without any issues with a reply time far under one hour. This is the kind of costumer support I clearly wasn't expecting and would want from big companies too.

ViWizard was very prompt on my request for a subscription refund.
It was my oversight to cancel a prevailing subscription, until when renewal was notified with another 1 month renewal, which I did not want to proceed, at current context.
I wrote to Mila @ customer support. My email was replied in a matter of minutes. My request was honoured and refund was cleared.
It is not money what matters, but also the attitude of business.
ViWizard is at the highest point of my appreciation when it comes to professionalism. ***** for walking the talk.

AAX Converter perfectly works on all my Audible books. The customer support team is outstanding! I would highly recommend this product.

What's the point of converting all my spotify songs into files that have a 30 second duration. I waited 2 hours for this and I can't even listen to the songs I downloaded because it has converted only the first half minute of each song.

Bought a month subscription for ViWizard M4V (iTunes) Converter for the specific purpose of removing the DRM from some existing purchases so that I could play them back on my OSMC setup.

Was a bit skeptical at first, so used the trial to confirm it would work before buying. The program worked perfectly on all my iTunes purchases.

The only issue I had was that I did not receive a notification of the subscription renewal (as per the website when purchasing) and so was caught off-guard by it auto renewing. I contacted support about this and they responded very promptly (on the same day) and sorted out the problem for me (cancelled the subscription and refunded the second month).

Oh, and to answer another reviewer, I have not been compensated for this review.

Bought this a few minutes ago. On my Mac, I have been converting 200 songs for the last 25 minutes. So far, 4 songs have converted. I guess I’ll transfer my songs to my watch, in about 21 hours, when it is done converting them. Waste of money.

Somebody paid to have these positive reviews written. This product is extremely slow and not very intuitive. Not worth the money at even a tenth of the current cost. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
