Invalid tickets 2 hours before show — Zero compensation from Vivid Seats
I bought 2 tickets to Levity on Vivid Seats for July 18, 2026. Just two hours before the event started, the tickets became completely invalid because someone else had already scanned them.
Because of this, I was forced to purchase two brand-new tickets directly at the venue to get inside. When I contacted Vivid Seats customer service, they refused to issue a refund or compensation, claiming the tickets were already scanned. Their "100% Buyer Guarantee" failed completely. Be very cautious buying tickets through this platform.

Would not recommend buying here
Really weird platform with a bad and even worse ai service.
You buy tickets, you can’t refund them.
You buy tickets, you can’t resell them(as they aren’t officially yours until the date of the concert)
So there is no way to get my money back. I’m legally not allow to sell my tickets and aren’t able to get a full or even partial refund. The support system for this is awful as well, their ai won’t even let me talk to a human after asking it 10 times to connect me to a service employee.
I would not recommend anybody to buy anything trough this platform. There are a lot of better alternatives out there.
