Bad work managements
Many companies, are not know unless you stop by their gate my mistake. Not that their products are know, but these days who cares.
Their are many factors that affects companies around the world for these reasons.
Workers are clanish in their work environment.
Management are lock in overview and creativeness
Supervisor are too close to regular workers.
And many more. So as long as enough money is their to pay overheads, and workers. Their satisfied with that.
Thus means once a new worker comes on board. Their are limited, and easily kick out. And that's how it has bin for many companies over the years.
My opinion.
