Vetbollen condition

One box of vetbollen was fine, and the other, with insects in the vetbollen, was basically a box of crumbs.

A business that only thinks about money and not their customers

I have been a customer of Vivara for many years in Denmark.
But I have never experienced a service as poor as the one I (and others) are experiencing now.
I ordered goods (again) 08-01-2024 and have still not heard anything from the company (16-01-2024). But the money for the item was already withdrawn after 2 days. So why should customers at Vivara put up with that kind of customer service?
It is rude to the customers, and not something that belongs in 2024.
If you don't have enough staff to serve the customers, maybe it's better to look in the organization, and get rid of some of all the managers that are there, and then hire some employees who can actually dispatch the customers' goods.

The customers at Vivara do not have to act as Bank for Vivara, as we actually do now. There are actually consumer protection laws for that in the EU, and specifically in Denmark, where I live.

So I cannot in any way recommend people to shop at Vivara. Find another place to buy bird feed and the like.

The package did not arrive on time

The package did not arrive on time as indicated on the order (1-3days), thus it is no longer usable for my event. Further, it cause me double works to find the replacement.
