Great Customer Service and Prices!
Working with Jatin these last few months planning a trip to Italy has been excellent. His adaptiveness and being able to work swiftly on questions, itinerary changes and locking in everything has been great.

We recently booked a break on the Glacier and Bernina express trains with overnight stays in Brig, Chur, Tirano and a couple of days in Milan. After an initial enquiry through Viva website, Harsha contacted us and we talked thorough our requirements for Switzerland/ Italy trip in February 2026. We tweaked a few things and Harsha was great throughout and made great suggestions and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Our trip was amazing, including the Glacier and Bernina Express. All of our flight and train tickets were emailed to us. Everything went to plan and on schedule, the hotels were all of a high standard and we found the trip to be good value for money. Milan to Geneva…by rail
We did a rail trip from Milan to Geneva including the Bernina and Glacier trains.
We felt it was very good value for money and had everything we needed.
Didn’t really need to contact the company after booking, so can’t comment on after sales care.
